My Thinking,Big Guns can afford to wait until things change,so they mop up what they can for as little as possible, they know that once BIRG starts paying as sustained dividend over a period of time ,then it wont be as easy to pick these up as all fund and pension managers will want as share, thus sending demand higher ,hence SP higher, but until that happens, we are going nowhere, give a few more years, maybe 2022 or there about, MO!
