Cookie, I am a little confused , or simply either stupid or over the hill. Would you mind spelling out what all the excitement is all about over the weekend as regards Cornerstone? Do we think they may accept a deal? Or do we think a Bidding War in the fray? And hence the late RNS on indicated and inferred. Or is the total FN package being finalised via a "site inspection"? What are the 3 other Cornerstone points their investors need to consider? 4th is coughing up $450mil for mine building costs. Or are we expecting a package of permits having the green light? So much and many possibilities! LOL!

Here on IRR, we were really knocked off our little perch but sp is slowly recovering. It would be nice if there was more frequent news! Actually HELPFUL (to sp!)

Seems like we are heading upwards again but, never can tell with a share like IRR where there are incredibly low volumes and sp movements make no sense most of the time. Or is it just me?

My logic tells me that if we get a gold frenzy (and it seems to be around the corner!), the bigger players will be looking to improve their reserves. Ours is shallow and in mining jurisdictions far easier to operate in than say - South Africa, Tanzania and Zimbabwe! How else did Mark Bristow take Randgold to become a FTSE 100 company!

We were all hyped up with the drill of Aguinaga a while back and never heard the conclusion of that possibility of gold from superficial downwards and on the doorstep? Was I asleep or why did the hype die down on that pipe? Then there was another to the north, I think Chimorazo or something like that? Did we drill that site? Just asking?

Now hoping with that Funding news the Tide will come IN and expect excellent drilling results in the coming months!
