Damers, a JV for Alphala would work for me. Just thinking about the implications? That would be massively positive but, I suspect they (Solgold) might have to sell something to fund their share of costs? Drilling results might give us an indication if that is the case?

It remains sheer speculation until we hear either from Solgold the Company or preferably a RNS from DC himself. We PI's would really like to know where we are heading. In the meantime, thank goodness, the drill bits keep churning! If you're an optimist then there is possibly so much excellent news pilling up, waiting to be released Q 1 or Q2? GLA!

Copperpot, we must surely expect some drilling news at some point? That's in the rules and they cannot with hold that indefinitely. That would be the a most significant starting point. My logic is that if we have two, maybe 3 potential Tier One's, action on all other fronts will follow automatically. The degree to which we are de-risked is important for a PI like me and this depends on excellent drilling results? Other positive actions such as JV's would surely follow automatically. Sorry to sound a bit paranoid but, maybe I am! LOL!

Just wondering how "leaky" Solgold is as a we approach the release of drilling news, JV's etc? After all, the last rise to 29 (nearly 30p) was on expecting news? Then zilch!

Heck happyharry, you don't need to look at BNC's charts, nobody forces you to! It's BNC's "special interest" and some of us enjoy his input. Why not lay off the man? There is nothing sinister displaying these charts. In fact quite interesting.

gold5, once again a blinking mystery as I observe more sold than bought during the day for the last few days. I wonder if the suggestion of a leak on "good news", whatever that is, to be released in the New Year has had this sp effect? Of course we are bottom feeders as PI's!
Unless somebody has the facts (which I doubt!), the rise will be all due to conjecture, imho! Of course I welcome this and nice to be blue on my account.
My theory is that early in the New Year our new CEO will blast us with a winning strategy here, whatever that means! Excellent drilling news comes to mind, JV's, perhaps an offer for something etc....
It's going to be a Good New Year here, for a change! POG also seems ready for a lift and that does help us.

Above is an interesting article on miners. Most seem to be rather minor but BHP are JV'd already in Equador and must realise that just about every hill could be a potential porphyry outcrop, it seems. Interesting times ahead when majors really start scrambling to have bolder footprints in Equador, imho!

ColonelDrake, feel the same, deflated and flat after that show. It was the "Body Language" of NM sitting there looking bored on his cell phone, suggesting "I still run this show"! OK, I get it, things don't happen overnight with exploration. We still have Mega Metals in the ground or yet to be discovered. So that is positive. Guess we will reflect on the AGM over the coming days?

The obvious: if we don't have "fireworks" tomorrow, this share price will tank! Fireworks encompasses many intriguing parts to this share and hope that our new CEO will address us tomorrow. Last year's AGM was a total disappointment not to be repeated, please.
