only done 1 trade this week and was fortunate to make a small amount on a barclays trade as posted here earlier in the week.For me the unemployment figures in the us tomorrow at 1.30pm will give me more insight into whether theres more upside in this market in the short term i feel this data will have more significance than normal(although it is usually the biggest piece of data of the month).I hold a lot of physical shares and sold a third of my lloyds shares recently but will hold onto the rest until 50-55p....gl all.

Sold this small amount today @174.26...not a bad profit for 1 day...I really don't trust this market atm...gl all

just bought small amount of barclays at 170.08p.....i was going to buy this morning at 175 ish.....if they drop to 150-160 i will buy a lot more......cannot understand the drop...any idea why tia.

Bought a small amount @170.08p....i was thinking of buying this morning at around 175p..so coul not resist at the price.

Thinking of buying Barclays shares but....the results were outstanding and yet the sp is floundering...any good reason TIA .

possibly/probably lol....i bought all the shares in the 20s..the lowest being 23.98..i needed to take some profit ..i have learnt from past experience not to hold on to everything trying to hit the highs ..i am still long as stated earlier and would sell the rest at an average of 52.5p happily ...gl pacalypse.

Sold a third of my holding at 45.4..i thought the range this year would be 43-46 and 50p on a good year.I will hold the remaining 200k shares unless the sp gets to 50p and the i will sell another third.If the share price drops back to 40p (i hope not )i will probably buy again.have a good day all.

Great results..the sp should pass through 45p..ive adjusted my topside for the year to 55p....still need to know about buybacks and dividends to really take off.gl.

Too many shares been generated imo.The only way/chance that this share gets to the heights that you have predicted this year (70p) is through aggressive buybacks and a reasonable dividend....i really hope it does but i still would be tempted to sell half my holding at 50p...gl.

I think the special dividend and share consolidation was a disappointment to many imo

So the dividend works out to £285 per 50,000 shares..hardly awe inspiring but the banks hands were tied.Be interesting what the dividend will be when the boe constraints are lifted.I still cannot see past 50p absolute tops this year re SP...will be 43-48 p for a while imho....i really hope im wrong.

Some margin you have to put for that amount pp what's that about 9-10k Falkland ?that's why I gave with the spread betting...found if I had 3 -4 reasonable positions I was tying up money better used elsewhere...gl Falkland.

i hoping for 50p tops by the end of the year......i feel the sp may be stuck 40-48p range for a long time.A third wave could push us back into the late 30's.......sorry to be a bit doom & gloom but out of all the shares in my portfolio ive found lloyds to be the most frustrating at times ...gl.

i really hope its a good day tomorrow and a good week 45p...only fly in the ointment is whats going on in france re covid...one whiff of a third wave here and the sp will shed 4p easily.
