i think 60p can only been seen after the 24th feb meeting next year...shareholders do need to hear more from the board then..divis,buybacks etc....until then i would be very happy with mid 50's.....gl

imho...i think the housing market is getting a little bit scary/price heavy,especially with rising interest rates on the horizon...although lessons have been learnt from 2008 a small correction is possible imvho....gl.
