The trouble is re the US is Powell (Like bailey) are coming out with so many mixed messages atm they look extremely indecisive...however I accept these look precarious times atm re inflation and growth v recession..gla..

As per many of my base rate posts last week or so I've only thought +25bp us & uk in March..

I believe there is a lot of interest in Svb uk coming in from the extremely cash rich middle East.. could be very interesting...gla.

SVB uk is a separate entity from America and is completely ringfenced from the US liabilities..they are involved with some very promising established and up and coming tech etc companies...I can assure you every large bank will be looking at SVB's balance sheet,loan book etc.tp asset strip....gla

Re lloyds of course I would add if a sell off looked overdone...sometimes this is when you can get real value..especially if there's forced sellers...gla

Will be having a good look at a few companies shares tomorrow..same format solid dividend payers...gla

Monday opening 49.2..however I've been wrong many times ..ps that's guess..

DT..let's say lloyds dropped to 43-44 p this week..what would you be doing..because i would only be adding i like dip buying..I know 99% of your posts are downbeat but it is possible to turn some negatives to your advantage..cheer up ffs..gl though.

some companies have declared decent dividends recently and are yet to go x div...will be looking closely at those ...took profit on a small amount of my aviva holding yesterday will definitely replace those if oversold ......i dont mind dips its definetly been the way forward over the last year particularly with quality dividend payers....gla.

Will be looking to buy a few today in a couple of companies if looks oversold...US Employment data this afternoon will be very important/interesting...gla.

powell now seems as indecisive as bailey...but in their defence there's a fine line between growth and recession using rate rises to reduce inflation......US employment important number tomorrow ......ps UK budget next week now that will be interesting.....gla.

small sale this morning sold some of Oct 2022 dip buys ....still holding a good amount and really like the share....happy to be well invested here...gla.
