Judging from all this mornings delayed placing sell prints, mms remarkably happy to take them all without dropping the SP despite only 2 mil mcap 🤷‍♂️

Almost reluctant to admit I’m back is this ‘fxxxxxxg’ awful stock, but Iam with a good chunk because the price is simply too low with all things considered and risk assessment

Ive no intents to hold long term - just the foreseeable and imminent 50 to 100% upside from here which probably doesn’t even need any uplifting RNS to achieve

I do hope at least some of you long term suffering are able to see this opportunity to make at least some losses back from this latest sp destruction

Yes in this rare case the AGM could well prove to be the catalyst in returning this stock to at least the 3p region by end of play today

Why ? Well as far as UPL are concerned the deal is still on and has never been off, hence the reason no RNS this morning to ‘reiterate once again’ that it is

The reason the stock is still down at 1.6p ? Well the majority of the market still doesn’t believe it - but TR1 just now and potential further assurances in the next few hours should change this perception

We shall see !

There’s a number of reasons the SP was further trashed to pay off Riverfort and be debt free - but the two primary reasons have to be to either clean up the Co to be an attractive cash shell for example RTO

or to just clean it up the Co to attract an outside investment or potential takeover

However bad people think this stock is, the fact of the matter is there are more wanting to buy it than sell it and deramp it - hence the reason its consolidated 0.030 and about to move higher

Who who’s maybe musk is about to launch a takeover bid 🤣

Nah it’s not the right kind of price action for placing / forward selling (not erratic enough) - just some guy selling for whatever reasons
