Yes it’s almost like a covid 19 PPE / testing emergency situation- of course trading terms ‘could’improve between the US and China in time, but unlike the PPE and Testing situation it probably won’t during the Trump presidency

You also cannot set up factories to produce Germanium there’s only a limited supply in the ground and the majority is produced in China and Russia
