When is the deadline for existing shareholders to buy shares at 4p

I had a nibble at these today at 2.94. Cannot understand how they collapsed to 2.87. I give up

When I hear of further consultation on things, I worry. Will this large wind project get through planning? In the modern world that can take time and money without any guarantee of success. Serial Objectors etc. Jam tomorrow, but when will tomorrow be? Also, our gas revenue, or should I say the quantity, seems to be declining by the day, so the benefits of current prices, while welcome, are not what they could be. Again, drilling is planned, but the hope of jam tomorrow again, if and a biggish if successful. We have some cash, so at least that buffer is good. I am holding on, but I HOPE things go right and quickly.

This share is undervalued. Hard to time the best buy time. Gas price not dropping dramatically anytime soon, and a lot of other irons in the fire. Hang in there and wait for the big payday, which is inevitable IMO. Trading update likely this week or next week, based on last year's.

Does anyone know what % of turnover came from Gas in 2023, 2024 & 2025? One would imagine the share price isn't reflecting the present Gas price being achieved by Parkmead. I may be wrong, but I added a few today at 24. Hope I am right.

I sold all mine at 9p and bought all back last week at 5.7. Jeanous. Do you believe me? I doubt it. I don't believe you either.

The price has been a joke over the past month. I loaded up to bring my average to £48. Still cheap as chips at £50 and a fantastic long-term buy. It will pass your £60 target sooner than we think IMO.

Show us the profits, please. No good having all this Revenue growth if profit not resulting.

For what it's worth, based on my experience, if anything significant were to shift the share price to multiple levels, it wouldn't be trading at 8p or so today. The likelihood is that a share issue is forthcoming, further diluting current shareholders. Some day it may be sold off for double/triple share price figures, but many of us here forever might be with St Peter by then, asking him if I gave away my Zanaga shares to pay off my wrongdoings in life would he let me in.

Smart person you. I tendered none(Fool me). I cannot understand why the £4 or so drop below the tender price. Ridiculous. Should be a great buy at these levels, but what do I know.

All the Buybacks above 2.15, and then they issue a shedload of shares at 2.15. Even I wouldn't waste money like that, and I am not the smartest. I feel silly because the company gave the impression that they were focused on reducing debt, not increasing it substantially. Existing shareholders have been forgotten, and no guarantee that they or the ones who thought they had been clever by buying today at prices below closing levels will benefit in the long run unless they sell immediately or at least soon. The Share Price is in the lap of the Gods now, whereas prior to this, at least we thought we knew the direction the Company was headed. May pay off, but could come a cropper - The Shell boys/ladies that looked at this are no fools and walked away. I am not happy, for one anyway. They need to list this yesterday in U.S. and I will be out the Gap the first day of trading.

I messed up. I could have got rid of some at 51.70 and bought back more with equivalent funds today. Silly me.

Down because our Linda opened her mouth about the possibility of this company buying something else with money it doesn't have. In my opinion, even if I am wrong, given the company's substantial debt, she should have said nothing in that regard unless a deal was already in the bag, which it isn't.

Linda would want to forget about the U.S. until she gets the debt down. She admits, like us all, that she has no idea where the Oil price is going. The only reason I could see for the drop would be the possibility that she would issue more shares to buy in the U.S. I say, forget it, holders can bear no more pain. The rest is noise which comes and goes. If she gets the price to £5, we might support her then to issue at £4.50. I can dream.

I largely agree with your observation. I still think giving €9.3 million in credit to anyone is not acceptable. Hopefully, a lesson learned.

RNS on 15 October was as negative as could be, including a 9 million Bad Debt and still no agreement on future set up with the Gocernment. One wonders are management asleep at the wheel. It should not take this long to sort a contract. Losing 9million, mentioned as if it was 9p, who is controlling their customers and monitoring their ability to pay. Supplying 9 million, surely they should have stopped when this exceeded half a million or so not 18times more than this. Will management reduce their pay backets to reduce the impact of this, unlikely, sure the shareholders don't mind. A joke imo.
