Anyone know what the strike price of the recent DRIP shares was

I am not U.K. based but understood dividend was due on 21 May. I opted for shares rather than cash. Has it been paid. Also wondering what price share divi priced at when paid. Thanks.

I am sure BASF will look for the best price they can get so lets wait and see. Could Mr Sims be in the picture as well as I am sure multiple other interested parties. Buy and hold now for the day something blows that price jumps dramatically.

One would expect a drop due to oil Price fall but with BP Bid possibility any company such as Shell would be mad not to look at this as well.

The most undervalued stock I have seen in 30 odd years. Someone agrees today it appears.

At what price are scrip dividends paid.when is dividend pay date.

Wasted a load of shareholders money a few years back on buy backs. Asset values smashed. What other physical assets have gone down in past year. A complete mess. Probably a roaring buy but people said that many times here previously and look at the price now. Management need to be quizzed as a joke at this point. Hope they put in every last penny of their own money to demonstrate the relative optimism of this RNS

Company needs to reassure investors ASAP that things are not as bad as this share price indicates. One can come to no other conclusion based on today's performance on a strong market day. I do however note BP has had a similar trajectory today. If no nasty surprises for either someone somewhere will pounce on both. They are ridiculously cheap IMO.

This share is cheap. Company will always be generating revenue so debt will be repaid at some point. No one knows when but it will be. Reality is that this company's valuation is ridiculous in that circumstances. Oil could go to ,,,20 or 100. Gas likewise. Buyer will emerge if market doesn't correct substantially upwards imo. I am and will not be selling until then

Just to say I disagree completely. Much more likely to hit 2 80 rather than 1:80. AI is not reality.

Fair play. You must be one of the few. Still not wise to sell. This is a very strong buy at these levels. Patience of course may be required unless some of the bigger boys/girls take an interest in owning it .

What a load of rubbish this share id

Anyone that bought today has done very well IMO. This share is one of the most undervalued in history. I own a fair few at around 250p on average and am naturally frustrated but I will wake up someday in the next 6 months in a good profit. Would prefer to be in at today's level but such is life.

Putting out an RNS at 8 45:appears a bit shoddy to me. This should have been out at 7a.m at least. God only knows what's going on here. I am just staying in until the bitter or not so bitter end as I have been here so long at this stage. If you are Irish you can extend the Paddy's. Weekend for this.

Is this going to be on Teams or via Zoom.

No reference to the Investor event which is only a week away now. Killing 2 birds with the one stone would have made sense I would have thought. Rather strange to me anyway that not mentioned.

Need a clear(Warts & all)!RNS here and fast. Otherwise company management and people that prepared previous RNS need to learn from same.

The reasons you highlight and more were all there before the RNS. RNS issued has led to 20% decline with no clear reason in the RNS. RNS lead to this and clarity needed IMO

If the share price rose 20% for no reason would company issue RNS. Similarly when price has collapsed 20% from 295 to 235 for no obvious reason to me anyway based on results I believe it should issue a new and clear RNS for better or worse to give investors a true picture of its trading now and future prospects. People speculating here is a waste of time.

Where is the announcement post 2 January which stated a further announcement would be made SHORTLY and before 11 Feb event. I must not understand the meaning of SHORTLY.
