To me it's not a problem if a new guy comes on board and posts a reasonable if not accurate statment of events as to what is going on.

When this happens people always think that there is a conspiricy theory with why they are doing it and what is going on. There are other investors in JLP other than the ones who post on here and it should be acceptable that they join this message board when they want to. As for people trying to make the SP lower, well, I have said on numerous ocassions that it is doing perfectly well on it's own, and as ther have been a whole plethora of posts on here from existing members saying all the same things about the situation and Leon, one more new person is not going to make a material difference. The Circular when it comes out will be very very heavily biased asking for support to sell the SA units. Then if and when that happens we are in the hands of the Gods.

JLP need money and fast topay for existing deals, then if they get the deal we will all be praying like we have done over the last 3 years that Leon delivers, which over the last 3 years he has failed to do. All JLP need is one thing to go wrong and they will be on the chopping board

I too am a bit surprsed that we have not had any new news, I would like to know if the 25.4 are buys or sells,

I will say again what I have said on various ocassions, when you invest in the stock market, you primarily invest in the management.

When I invested in JLP, Colin was there and although he was full of bluster, the opportunity that JLP gave was really great.

Over 18months ago we really found out what the management is like and like a fool I stayed in. Leon is the main man there and the other Directors are just there for the monthly money. Leon has shown that he is totally incapable and it seems this has just been confirmed by Ricus who seems to dislike the deal which could be one of the reasons he left. A lot of people on here have said wait for the circular, however, Once it is out, how many people will believe it.

It's all smoke andmirrors as normal and there is no point accepting figures or dates given because they don't mean anything and there is no one there to take Leon on for accountable issues. The best thing that can be done is to sell the whole lot get out with as much as possible and put it down to a bad investment. Then get on with your life.

I am very very sorry to say this but please read your post again, Firstly I am not at all interested and most on here are the same as me about what has been built and gone on in SA. There are various Companies producing Chromw and PGM's and YES JLP managed to technically produce them in a slightly different way which is why people invested. That ny dear idiot is not the problem. They have not been able to tranfer that blueprint into Zamabia which is the total problem of what everyone is going on about, THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED !! and they have told bloody lies in order to pacify everyone in the process. On top of that they are getting rid of what you think is their successful SA business a a time where they should be making a lot of money on Chrome and PGM'sin a totally stupid deal which is self financing for the buyer and apparently putting that drip fed money into Zambia where they have had good people leave Advisers leave and they still have not delivered anything which is probably the reason why they didn't give us the figures for Copper.

Yes Copper is a great investment, BUT only if you can produce it on time on budget which they have not been able to do in 3 years so really we are investing in a start up that has loads of dumps purchased with in Leons words most won't be touched for years probably because they can't extract the Copper from them. It's like investing in a Company with one great product which they sell and can't produce another one. And you have the gaul to tell everyone that they are idiots. Look in the mirror. You have just shown your hand and you haven't got a clue

All you have to ask yourself is who is the common denominator i all this. I just can't understand myself really I was so blinkered about what was going on only to end up sitting down with someone who was totally impartial and we both looked at most of the RNS's that have been out in the past probably 2-3 years and also skimmed through the CEO reports in the Annual Rpeorts. What was said and what was delivered was so out of kilter that it took that for me to wake up. I suggest you do the same and let me know your conclusions Regards

I honestly thought that I invested here in Southerbys. Then I found out it was painting by numbers, it seems that Leon can paint but he is no good with the

numbers which is why his technique of washing over things happens all the time. It really is terrible that someone who was well regarded at Anglo American has blown his chance, our money and a good prospect of a Company out the window. Ther have been so many small Companies like JLP riuned by mismanagement and ego. Such a shame, whatever happens now you can be sure that with Slater putting his own man in probably because of lack of either trust or capabilities he will get out when he can. The only difference is we play with our money and he plays with others, but we buy the ticket knowing the risk and ultimately it's our own fault especially when you were in at 21p which I was. Greed can damage everything, another lesson that I knew about but ignored

Before you say that you are waiting for the Circular, You should understand that there are people who are (to be honest) more open and honest than you about what they think and they put it in a post.

You just can't stand it if someone rightly is annoyed and disillusioned with what is going on, You and Gotreal are so heavily outnumbered regarding this situation that it must tell you both something. The Circular will be written in a way that it paints such a wonderful picture and it will be written by management who have NEVER hit a target in Zambia. At the end of the day, we all invest in companies with GOOD SOLID management. we ecluding the two of you are so totally disillusioned that we now understand that it was all a mirage because the managemnt should not be called that as they can't manage

and tell situations to cover their inability. We all have learned a good lesson here and must accept it.

I do think IRH are going to buy as as it's just sensible with Aplhamin having a pipeling of 7-8 years, I'm not sure about building the road now as they would probably prefer to get the footprint bigger. If you had a choice of 1.5p now or 2.7p in 18 months what would you do?

Although it's gone very quiet on here and the SP, if you listen to the latest presentation that Buythose put on here there are the normal same things that we know except to me it is blindingly obvious that they are now going to sell to Alphamin, or they hop to. He stated that it would cost $5m to build a road and then truck it ti their processing area but he said it in such a way that it was expected. The only other piece I think is important is that they want an amount of money probably from IRH to do more drilling to expand the quantity and quality of the find which means that a sale is probably 12-18 months awayrather than some people on here wishing for a sale by Christmas which would be wonderful but unlikely. Also with mineral prices going North the timing is good

I think we all have to accept that we are not going to get straightforward answeres from Leon or anyone else on the board regarding the deal or the future.

We have to also accept that we really can't extrapolate figures as well because Leon will not be transparent. It's a mess and we have only got to blame ourselves for our own naivety in believing what comes out of his mouth and accepting it

I'm sure several people have listened to the Presentation, before I give me thoughts I would like to hear from others about their expected timeline to get to the price that we have been talking about on here

Efore anyone says anything about, WELL!! you are taking on the debt as well, so what, the Company has not only been paying their debt but by the look of it financing SOME OF Zambia as well. If they can do that what is the problem even if you have to give a long Credit facility. If you have a good FD and run the business with caution as well as ramp up PGM's you will make very very good money
