I'm sure that the road will be built once the sale has gone through as there is little point Rome building it.

I had an email this morning regarding a second interview, which was evn more interesting on Vox markets.

The quality of ore both Tin and Copper is world class, more drilling in the new area, by the end of the year

they will have all their ducks in a row, news coming out for soil anmolies in the next 3-4 weeks, initial MRS end

of September as well as 6 wholes still waiting to be assessed. By October they will know about the new area.

It is really exciting and I hope that maybe several bids will come in when the time is right. One of the Brokers

put in 2.7p short ,medium and long term, With the new zone being looked at, if the asssays are similar to what

Paul Barrett is hoping for, you never know .

Having listened to the interview again I am now positive that the new owners of Alphamin have said find enough material and we will buy it because of the way Paul Barratt was talking about what Alphamin have already got regarding what they can process. It is also interesting that there is a rig still there presumeably still drilling which could be interesting as they will not include the new find in the MRE.

Shuvlin, where have I lied by ommission?

Gotreal, may I go back to the original JLP plan, processing material that others can't. Now they need 2.5% plus to do so by the look of it as they seem to be having trouble dealing with the smaller grades.

Secondly, someone is buying up the small grade material from the LWD so it seems that they can process it unless it is being used for something else.

The SA deal will go through, but as I have said, how can any CEO enter into an agreement knowing that later on down the line they would be over a barrell

When you look at a Company you always look at the track record of the management. This track record has been awful to such an extent that surely although we have no choice now about the deal, (which has been written in a way that it seems the management were negligent for being put into this position in the first place) now we have no choice but to rely on a CEO who everyone thought was brilliant because of his record in SA and now he is going to steer the Company in Zambia. That is what is so important, He has proven that he is flaky and can't do it

I plucked 12 months out from the air, I am hoping that if the next drilling programme is what the Board hope for and it is open along whatever strike you want then there comes a time when the really isn't anything else to prove. Yes they could go on drilling for years but I am fairly confident that the Board want to have this wrapped up as Klauss and the and the COO,(forgotten his name) are not getting any younger and ther comes a point in time where enough is enough. There is also a point in time where if it is as big as they think, IRH/ Alphamin will not want it to get any bigger and strike a deal. We must also remember, if anyone new comes in they will have to build a plant which is not cheap, Alphamin has this so they can give us a better price because they just need a road and a way of getting it to site. The longer it goes on the less material Alphamin has, so they are also on a timeline wher they don't want to be in a corner. That's my view, I could be totally wrong Good Luck

I have mostly always agreed with you, and I am sure the deal will go through, however, I wrote a post earler stating that Leon knew all the information about the debt situation last year and this year and he was being very very positive about Chrome etc at Xmas when the 2 Thuste units were put in. This is nothing new, he also know about the Contracts and he did say in an interview that they were looking to add. I'm sorry but I think he is packaging it to suit the situation. They aslo don't know what the price of Chrome etc was 5 years ago down to last year, in fact it has gone upwards with a small dip in the middle.

No one knows the price of anything that they buy or produce until it goes up, that includes fruit, meat , iron ore and Copper which was supposed to sky rocket 18 months ago when Gotreal asked why can't it go to 50,000 a ton. That is no excuse to jettison a business because if that was the case no one would produce anything unless they owned it. And on top of that we don't at the moment own the Copper we are now unfortunately mining because we can't process the stuff that was promised could be processed. Leon to me is irresponsible and should be replaced because he does not seem capable of sticking to what he tells the market. As you say there will be bumps in the road, I just hope that if they hit one the wheels don't fall off as there is no back up. To me Leon is not to be trusted anymore

I can't belive what you keep on saying, you have made yourself a bigger twat than you already are !! Everything I stated in my post was FACT not MADE UP or Creative. You just can't stand it if someone has got either a contrarian view or posts facts that you don't like. Are you sure your name isn't Baldrick, because you just have no idea what you are talking about. The market doesn't seem to like the circular that you have been going on and on about. If you want Creative writing, read the Circular. It is not the deal that concerns me as it will get voted through one way or another, it is what has been told to us 6 months 3 months etc before this came to light that concerns me. Leon packages things his way so complete numpty's like it. I assume you like it!!

I fully agree with your thoughts, not wishing to ramp at all because I really hate it when that happens, I really believe that the Board want to drill the new area and show how big the whole area is as they will probably also say it is open on strike etc etc. This will make it impossible for Alphamin not to buy the Company at what I hope will be just north of 2p. That is what I think will happen because as I stated the other day Stanvic or any investment veichle always look at a return of about 8-10 times entry point. This is around about the standard rule uless it is a much bigger beast. Let's hope it happens in the next 12 months

You siad earlier today that you thought 0.5p was possible, and unless I am mistaken PB has said they are going to do more driliing. The MRE will be without the new area that they have found probably. They will drill again the new area to possible extend the size of the whole amount by possible 1 or 2 times.

Although the information and interview was fantastic as far as I am concerned it is still a slow burn and to me your estimations and thoughts are great to see but in this market difficult to achieve. I do however hope you are correct on everything and I am wrong as it will make us all a lot of money

Credit wher credit is due, Gotreal has answered nearly all the questions that have been thrown at him. Reading briefly the posts on here together with a quick scan of the Circular, there is still confusion. My main gripe if you want to call it that is that Leon has totally changed his tune regarding Chrome/ PGM's since Xmas. He was proud that we were probably the biggest Chrome producer in SA or globally, he was excited about the returns that the Company were going to get from it. Since then the prices have gone up and down but the PGM's have certainly gone up,It really is a matter of trust. DO WE TRUST LEON ????

He seems to of successfully packaged the Circular in a way that looks like SA have a gun tto their heads. They knew about Thuste and the 74% shareholder ages ago and still went ahead which seems starnge to me that the contract would be done in a way that there is no hard leverage. They knew everything about SA but now they don't want it, they knew about the costs of money to buy the stuff before Thuste came on board and before they bulit the new units.

Because Leon flip flops so mucg about things and only tells us what he want us to know it is difficult to believe him although we now have no option but to go forward with a one metal based Company driven by a man that the market do not trust. Look at the SP today and ask yourself as Kalan has said who the hell understands the WHOLE situation. If they bought a much better strong Chairman who invested quite a bit of his money in the Comapny and could control Leon and give honest succint understandable information then we would have a much better Company with a much better SP assuming there are no scew ups

The board rightly want to announce facts rather than any hope. The way PB is playing this siuation is excellent and critical that there is n hype in the prospects.

As LFM stated they know what they COULD have and probably DO have but for the sake of the SP shhoting up too high and then falling back a gradual solid uplift is much better although I would love to see 1p this week it will not happen until we have much better information. As I thought when I posted yesterday I think, they will continue drilling probably for the next 6 months or so to have scale which will then excite the market and of course Alphamin.

If the main shareholders take a stake then there is only one buyer which has a double edge sword, I think a small finance unit or even Stanvic will pay for another drilling programme which should be much the same or slightly smaller to what they have just completed but it is interesting that a rig is still there.

Very very confident of at least getting to 1p by Xmas or early November

Good morning' Can you tell me what a test sale is as I have never heard of it and don't really understand the meaning. Couldn't it be just a person selling stock?

And what does that test show?

Surely everyone must understand that every time Leon states something it is so illusive that there are always many more questions than answers.

He is very good at hiding facts and selling HOPE rather than giving facts and standing by figures and staements like every other CEO that runs a PLC.

He should not be allowed to get away with this as they are or they were not an exploration Company drilling and hoping to strike a vein.

It is disgraceful what he has done with this promising Company and like a previous post today , the Company now is not the same positive veichle we invested in and is in a much worse state. He should go because ther has never been a clear conscise plan that has been transparent and also stuck to.

It is our choice to invest absoloutley, but there is also a responsibility by the Company to be transparent and tell the truth warts an all so we have a choice going forward. The way it is being done is he is hiding things so we are non the wiser, how can you invest in something you don't know.

Thank you for your response,I agree with what you are saying with most of it, however, there maybe is another scenario wherby Stanvic, who I think would want a better return than 1.5p would buy more shares at .05p and put more money in for another drill programme which hopefully will generate more finds at Mt Agoma. The question is, would the Board and Stanvic be happy with 1.5p. I would love the sale to go through next week but being a bit more patient would hopefully get to 2p or just over which I think would satisfy Stanvic as investors like them look for at least 10x investment with small projects.

Regarding your timeline, is there something you know, as I just can't wee that happening. They are going to get results and an estimate and then I think they will plan another drill programme to justify why they think it's 2/ 3 times larger than Alphamin. They would want to drill deeper at Kalayi and then as far as Mt Agoma is concerned it could be three times the size that it is now. I think this time next year we could be close dependent on results although I would love a sale before xmas. The thing that worries me a bit is that they sell for under 2p and then keep the Directors on to carry out further drilling which they will be paid handsomely for.

I enjoy reading your posts and I know you are a large holder compared to my 55 million but you state things without any real justification which confuses most. Seeing as we don't yet know the outcome of the drilling and the quantity of minerals they have, how can you give an accurate price of where you consider the SP to be. I just would like to know how you work it out because I would love it to be 1.5p. The other interesting thing is around 11million shares have been purchases today which has made the MM's widen the spread whicj says that it is a tight market, so if there is very very good news instead of what most of us are thinking then this could fly to much nearer your target but the overall financial assesment needs to be understood Good Luck

One assumption is that seeing Sable is not going to be ready until the 3rd quarter of next year, and assuming I read it correctly, then it seems that even after Leon stated that Sable was being worked on then it MIGHT not be truthful as it looks like the 10 month project will only start shortly unless I have missed something. There is alo a possibility that the loans that the Company have are already covered so they can't get any more loans which is why they are selling SA

You have not come back to me on this which I find strange as you are the one who wants to know. I have been civil in my posts and I would have thought that you would respond in the right way. I know that you don't really beieve a lot of what I say, which is your perogative. However if you look into the history of all the RNS's that Leon has written over the years together with the updated figures, you have to accept that everything he says is based on hope not fact. Link this to the terrible state of the Company now I think you will find that they are selling SA because it is a fire sale and they have no option. Any Bank who was asked to extend a loan or agree a new one always looks at the Company's history, management and assets.. If you were a Banker having to make a decision after looking at all the false promises etc etc and the uncertainty of what is going on, what would you do. I know what I would say and do. JLP once the sale is done, are leaving themselves so exposed that it will only take one screw up (and ther have been many) and they are either finished or they willbe picked up for nothing. That is why the Circular is totally irrelevant, and why they SP is collapsing as no one trust Leon. It really is simple
