Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
No change really but more stability once the deal goes through - not sure why you would sell today TBH IMO. Let's see how Canada reacts to the TSX news, not sure what impact that will have.
Appears the board will enjoy their new cash injection to pay their salary but what about long term shareholders. No Dividend? Very cheeky indeed!
Anybody know what the average turnaround time is for the DEC to approve field development submissions? Also what is the incidence of acceptance or rejections in final form?
More blue volume than red, yet she's not moving?
How odd the sp is down given demand is higher than supply and last trades were bang on ask??
A welcome relief as it gets the company over the line till FEB/March when 2 big opportunities could unfold. I'm surprised this is down even if I think they have been a bunch of morons :-) Just remember that this company and others SP has been much much higher with no proven reserves. Mr Greer, please use this opportunity to sell now to a bigger company like Ithica DYOR
Up 25% today... Interesting for sure.
It's not taking much volume to move this is it.
Congrats on your entry point, I'll be keeping a close eye :-)
Hi Mike, It's very possible but there might be a big downside if they have to sell existing producing assets. It's going to be a nail biting couple if months. If their lender gives them some breathing space on the terms then they might be good. The SP is certainly showing little faith of a positive outcome. I was very open minded about the BOD when others where negative but to be in this position now is sad :-) all IMO of course. GL
Hi Mike, did you make a mistake? There are only 4 small trades on here today and nothing on TMX. IMO the time to buy this is not till mid to late Jan in order to take a position pre Fyne?
Chucking out the positive RNS's. Goodbye and good riddance!!!
ENRC can make this unconditional when ever they can be bothered writing to kaz. Am I reading this right? This looks like it could drag on - very disappointing. Thoughts anyone?
Hi there Queen Elvis, hope you are well. This share is a pain and you are right we do need to be careful what we say. I do always post when I can IMO where relevant.. A couple of things. In terms of October I called ENRC Investor relations as I thought the deal would be settled 10 days after acceptance for PI's. But I found out that there are regulatory approvals in different countries this has to go through. It is likely to be no earlier than mid to late Oct. (and to be fair ENRC don't have control - the lady was trying to be helpful and that too was her opinion). I seam to remember at the time we were all trying to interpret the FTSE rules on the minimum bid price and that was my take out at the time. My take out now on this is that it could be any time between Oct and Dec IMO. The thing I'm most peeved about is that personal investors who have accepted have their money tied up. All if this is my view Queenie but on the upside there is a lot of positivity about Kaz going up, so in a couple of months the deal could be worth a few squid if we are lucky.
Is it unconditional now or not?
Hi Yorker, I've been told it could be mid October as they have to await approval in other countries.
Could be de-listed very very soon now the Oligarch deal is done. Final vote tomorrow.
Hi there, good analysis and nice to see there is consensus on a bit of an upside,.. GLA
In 2012 it was averaging £8 and my understanding is that a combination of copper price falls and ENRC caused the nose dive. So with an improved balance sheet and potentially increasing copper prices there is no reason why the deal shouldn't be worth at least £3 ish. still not brilliant but better than 234 for those willing to stick it out for a few months.
Am I right in saying that shareholders get 23% of a Kaz share so at the moment that's around 60p + 175 = 234. Now are share holders getting paid in cash or Kaz shares for the 23%. If yes then Kaz could easily get back to it's £4-6 levels pre march putting the value of the deal for ENRC holders to £2.75 to £3. Seams like the very sensible thing to do is hold or dare I say at this SP level could be a good little short term win. Maybe a little silver lining after all for those with a little patience.
