confirmed that diamond drilling hole 2 has been completed. the #wsbn core samples will now be dispatched for laboratory assay testing to determine gold and copper grades. drilling has now begun on hole 3, targeting an area where previous drilling intercepted 7 metres at 2g/t gold and 0.38% copper from 273 metres.

in addition, wishbone has contracted a reverse circulation (rc) rig for an initial 5,000 metres of drilling. the rc program will mobilise to site shortly and is designed to complement the current diamond drilling by focusing on shallower copper-gold targets identified in 2023 drilling, which included intercepts from 117 metres depth.

the red setter project lies within the paterson range, a region known for major discoveries including greatland gold’s havieron deposit and rio tinto’s winu copper-gold project.
