With Amerisur’s share price surpassing 17p, its value under M&P’s bid, it appears that the market is equally confident in the company’s ability to SECURE a bid on more attractive terms. according to RNS it said Kate paid 1.85 for 507007 shares but the trade at 12.11 shows the price paid was 1.97 (10 grand).
