Tildo. You had better be careful with your take out price statement or you will be booed off the court. I’ve also been stating 40p - 50p several time in the last several weeks and have been rather rudely told to crawl back to the ‘Care Home’ from whence I apparently came from. As I also say time will tell who is right.
The price definitely seems to kept circa £0.30 and for the simple reason that it will make the takeover price look good. I still maintain my prediction that the take out price will be between £0.40 and £0.50.
Casper68. I’ve said a few times that if an offer materialises it will be in the 40p - 50p range and probably at the lower end. I have been rudely replied to by some for this and told to leave this site.
Whilst we ‘all deserve a slice’ that slice is not going to be nearly as big as many here suggest. Just remember that reserves in the ground are a far cry from metal for sale. The Market knows this and is suggesting a final take out bid (if it comes) of circa £0.40.
I was conned into these shares by my then Broker six years ago and have nursed them ever since with not much hope of recovering my money. Now a ray of hope is on the horizon. At a £1.00 I’d be well in profit so here’s to that.
I too am confused, but then I’ve only got 60 odd years experience of investing in the market. The late rise was based on two late deals. Prior to that was a wave of sales. I had funds today to buy more shares but did not as I now view my stake here as a weak hold. Previously I have stated £0.50 as a take out bid but now feel £0.40 will be nearer the mark. Sorry guys an girls but time will tell who is right.
My forecast of the take out price is £0.50. This is not based on in the ground reserves, metal prices, production forecasts etc. but rather on sixty odd years of working in and observing the market. A ‘gut feel’ if you like. There are many in this site who forecast a much higher price but only time will tell who is right.
My first purchase was relatively high but below current price. However attached to that by were warrants priced at £0.01 each which I exercised so average price not bad. My paper gain stands at over 50%.
