Unfortunately I’ve just put an order in for a new 4x4 diesel vehicle!! There is no EV on the market at present with the capability for the work that I want to use it for!! None can handle the pulling weight, but I believe LandRover are looking to bring out fully fledged EV’s that will be the next purchase although probably would need AFC make £10 in order just to put a deposit down!!:-))
Definitely will replace Mrs car with an EV! Very much liking the look of the VW ID-4!!

Why would you exercise options now when you anticipate the SP to rise higher??
You have actions when you exercise?
A) pay for the shares at the strike price and hold for which you would need to fund (no of shares x strike price) This could still be a reasonable amount of cash to find.
B) Sell sufficient shares at market rate to cover the cost of the options as in (A)and then hold lesser shares as free float and at the same time your future profit would be on a lesser number of shares!
C) Keep options until the exercise expiry (or believe they have reached max value of SP)and hold full value of shares into a rising share price..
I know that at the moment I would be holding them as in C to get as much value as I can at no personal cost .... hence very few have exercised which is another indicator of where this SP is going .... with the potential of this company ....UPWARDS!!
Been looking at the VW ID-4 myself (their new Small SUV). Having looked at their UK website nothing like the Austrian version has been mentioned!!(not surprised).
VW UK are looking at rolling out their own home chargers called the ID but the only reference I could find for renewable energy was the following:
“ By the way: Our ID. Chargers are carbon-neutral balanced products. And through our subsidiary Elli, we also offer you a home electricity tariff using 100% renewable energies. So you can go green at home too”
Hopefully they will updating that with another option!!!:-)
Come on guys let’s be reasonable... it’s now the season for peace to all men and all that!!
Look where we are now compared to just 6 weeks ago!!! Why are people so aggressive...in consensus we weee all hoping for 40p for year end!! Well we are nearly there and the right RNS could smash through that!! We’ve had a tough year but things are looking brighter... let’s go easy!!
Daz I think you are right!! Most people would love to stay in EU if it was a common market!! Beneficial for all... but I’m afraid that the French and Germans wanted to dominate the EU with Political and monetary Union and everyone else to help (financially) the lesser developed European States!!
Unfortunately being an Island State we are different to the other Europeans but no reason why we can’t all get along and trade healthily with each other!! I think the dominant forces in the EU are scared once we leave other states will want to do the same!!
The only concern I do have of the breaking down of the EU is the “more likely” (not saying it will happen) potential for conflict in the future!!
Red hornet... this is nothing to do specifically with Bumble but I find this with the Socialist/left and in particular Remainers. They are quick to use derogatory terms which frankly borders on the racist, but they accuse the right Brexiteers of being exactly that!!!
It frustrates the hell out of me and something I will never do... In my mind when you use derogatory terms or swear in any form of argument that person has lost fair and square!!
Curly putt I agree with you we were but I must be on Mars then!!
The reason we were a basket case in the late 60s and 70’s was due to successive labour governments and unions holding the country to ransome... FACT!!!
Yaughtmaster unfortunately we never went into the EU! We only had a referendum and signed up to a common market!! We were sucked into it by various Treaty’s that no one really took notice of and didn’t examine the realities of what they meant!! Hence where we were before Brexit!!
I know the site it is in Gt Notley on the outskirts of Braintree!!
To be honest it isn’t in the greatest position IMHO!! The surrounding area has a good standard housing (people with EVs could charge from their driveways), little industry around and on the outskirts with plenty of farming!!
It will be hard at the moment to utilise the capacity there to be honest!!!
Cheeky, I’m afraid that’s not a bike... a two wheelled tractor!!
Like you & Bladsey I’m a biker too!! My main. Ike is a BMW R1250GSA used for touring but also a Fireblade (Never used much) and a classic 1974 CB500/4 which I’m currently restoring for the past 7 years!!!
Must admit the thrill of bikes will be lost at the end of the fossil era but we have to move with the times!!! I’ve ridden an electric bike it’s not the same and the torque can easily catch you out in the wet!!!
I think it would be nice in to know in the future some of the “unknown” history of what has gone on during the tenure of Adam Bond!! For me the reasons for buying in to AFC have completely changed during my holding and always thought we’d be that big green power generator which excited me here and not the type and range of products that we are going to have now!!
Some of the things such as ....what truly happened with Kore? How much did it truly fail? how close have we been to the abyss with no funding and possibly losing everything... etc etc
I know AB is not everyone’s favourite [JR aid not mine but hopefully he will change my opinion now] but I have always had faith in AB (which other posters on here would testify!)... My trigger would have been that all was lost if or when an RNS came out that AB had resigned or been pushed!! Thankfully, that never happened... Has he lied or been economical with the truth? Yes probably, but maybe if he hadn’t been we might not be where we are today!!
I can honestly say that my faith was never completely lost in AFC although I have been tested to the limit (90% down on my investment was one recollection) and had to show a strong face to my family and friends I’ve enticed into this to show I wasn’t worried!!!
I would now like to congratulate AB and, if not more so, ALL the team at AFC and praise them on all their hard work and what that they have achieved to date! I’m sure they will continue to successfully do so in the future but please don’t rest on your laurels .... this as we all know is now the real start of greatness to come!
I’d like to say this has been a shrewd investment, but on recollection I think I’ve had plenty of good fortune and luck here too and it’s been a fine tightrope we have all trod!!

As we are all clueless I will put in my fantasy thinking of what will happen today:
1. RNS a with confirmed electrode manufacturing agreement with Denora
2. RA shares negotiated as part of the deal /buy in for Denora
3. Shares will rocket north of 40p!!!
Oops sorry I’ve just woken from my dream!!!
