I’m happy to be invested here and actually happy with what AB is doing! I just want to know how he was judged not necessarily on his basic pay but his bonus which is approx 150% of his basic salary and why his package is more than all customer revenue!!

Clearly you are happy to be invested in your words just to “when the sp is ££££’s” …. WHEN has been a long time for many of us and promises are now long in the tooth…. Therefore it would be great to see what objectives he had (if any)…. I’m sure SP going back into the 20’s wasn’t one of them!!!

You’re the one who needs to use their brain!! So what is he worth if he makes a success!! Tens of millions per year!!?? Just like everything else in life reward upon achievement!!

I come from an industry royally rewarded upon success… not rewarded on possibilities which is where we are still whether you realise it or not!!!

…..And I support AB’s achievements todate!!

I agree he is seriously over rewarded at this stage!! Those who authorise his compensation need to be the ones who justify it ….not the recipient!!!

In all seriousness, I don’t think any question of AB’s compensation should be directed to HIM at the AGM, but to/at any member(s) of the BOD who are also on the compensation committee can really only JUSTIFY it!!

I’m completely behind what AB is doing but unfair for him to justify his package, however, imho his compensation is too rich at the stage of “unproven /early commercialisation”!!
