And YET institutions and the market actually LIKE what they are seeing! WHY? because they also put value on POTENTIAL of what they see e.g. the market Tremor is carving for itself in CTV and Video and expansion of its US and international footprint.
All of this against the back drop of many competitors having gone to the wall or taken out for peanuts. Incidentally some of those very competitors that our resident fabricator was raving about as the shinning beacons of the industry !

Agreed_ There is now an underlining presence of more clarity from the company that provides good bases for building momentum.

We have all mentioned the importance of creating and maintaining positive momentum that will help an SP.
Unfortunately, in the past opportunities have been missed regarding this. I am hopeful that the new management are savvy enough this time around to inject further momentum and take advantage.

Some momentum building blocks ( low hanging fruits) I can think from the top of my head are the following:

Effective communication and dissemination of positive company activity news in its sectors

Director buys ( however modest)

Share buybacks ( however modest)

Dividend payments ( however small) although I am not a fan of this one at present

If managed and timed properly, as in a Dirp- Drip application, these measures can do wonders in the short-medium term for an SP.

Having said that the ultimate SP driver will be the configuration of company fundamentals going forward such as the strength of our balance sheet and level of earnings etc, which I think the company has made a good start at creating.

You have regularly peddled the accusation of "Pumping & Dumping" by posters with Multi- IDs on the ADVFN thread.

A good EX pal of yours on that thread has now politely asked you several times to provide some evidence of this accusation.

You have gone silent on him (No Surprise ). isn’t it the case that you use any old trick and baseless accusation just to counter any positive movement in the SP ?

Some of us still remember how you were accusing some posters here on LSE of having multi-IDs and when they both invited you to attend a R1 event in London to meet them both in person you never showed up! This tantamounts to pure and simple fabrication and lying on your part.

Yes good progress with the “Transformational” operations to date. Quickly moving away from low margin/redundant activity in the performance parts of the business to high margin high growth areas.

I don’t think it will take a genius to work it out that we are now more than ever on the right track as a company only much leaner and meaner than before, which underpins the ability not just to survive but to flourish.

I don’t think stt1 was EXPECTING the market to ignore his ten to the dozen frantic posts on multiple threads trying to inject negativity around this share.

He has had a good run of taking pleasure in seeing the SP weaken in the past and its only fair that now he should take it on the chin and try and swallow the recent rise in SP like a man.

Tricky you refer to stt1 as a she,,, do you know something we don’t ?

Agreed- I personally I think that the market has already been over cautious here, factoring in, a ‘worse than expected’ results scenario and is now waiting for contrary evidence in the FY results e.g. more certain outlook, continuing positive cash generation etc. to reverse the SP course.

I think that even modest improvements (slightly below expectations) will boost the SP, and then the big question will be by how much? I am remaining positive here, not long now!

For the record, I only read SOME of his posts ! I have better things to do with my time. My brain has learnt over time to adopt a ‘ built in’ filter that picks up repetitive/cut and pasted elements from a mile off !!

Regarding being suckered in to engaging with him, we are all different according to our personalities and react to events in various ways, some choose to ignore, some choose to engage and confront and some don’t give a Sh***t… no right or wrong answers here.

With all due respect I have to decline your suggestion that I should just ignore Stt1 or anyone behaving in a similar manor. ) Unfortunately, people like him regardless of whether they are part of any organised entity or just disturbed lone wolfs or whatever wouldn’t just go away!

I respect that you don’t read any of his posts.. well fair enough , but perhaps if you had, read them you would have a slightly different view on things ?

I don’t remember anyone ever claiming that stt1 was capable of depressing the SP ( other than a unquantifiable influence on newbies).

The backlash and annoyance he creates amongst posters has as much to do with his personality and clear delight and pleasure he enjoys by rubbing peoples noses in it than it has to do with the content of his repetitive posts that mix fact, fiction and innuendo with only one aim.

Someone (perhaps NOT R&M) have been selling in the background. Perhaps, IIs below 3% and some larger retail holders. who knows, but the process does seem to be well orchestrated keeping the SP where it has been.
Ultimately, only better results will break us out of this statuesque

Stt1 understands perfectly well, although his questionable agenda here drives his one-sided views to Spin negativity out of every available topic.
He has been desperately trying to misrepresent what appears to be simple ‘Prudence’ from the company in trimming the unprofitable/low profit activity.
However, what he very knowingly omits to say is that the company has already confirmed that they will be very active in High Growth/High Profit activities such as CTV which to a high degree will be replacing less profitable operations.

Stt1 –

Remember what I have told you before, continuing to post ONESIDED NEGATIVE and malicious comments about the company ( 24,000 posts so far) will NOT win any credibility for you.
