If it's a Swiss arbitration, then I suspect they will have the measure of any 'Russian bear' as you put it. And as for lawyers fees draining out, I don't think they will be actually arguing for 1-2 years and this should be covered by insurance. Premiums up? Maybe but not going to go bust through that. Bet their premiums are high anyway as it's a high risk venture. You do sound pessimistic. S/p has been south before, then people panic, sell, goes down, others buy low, it rises again, rinse and repeat. And any day now we could get news on a settlement.
