Fireant, Interesting comment about the lifestyle company, I suspect it could be true. Baller and co might be good start up and rescue merchants, but I'm questioning their ability to run a company. They seam to be easily distracted by other opportunities, gas exploration, mobile pods, water extraction and currently hemp seeds when really they should be maximising efforts on core business. We do get repetitive positive content in news releases, how many times can you say IO8 was delivered on time and on budget and the RNS are becoming fewer and zero KPIs. They make heavy weather of all aspects of the business from choosing plant sites customer retention etc. What they never appear short of is excuses.
They are becoming scared of there share holders........One risk to the business is Significant Shareholders: Significant shareholders may have the ability to affect changes that result in a material adverse effect to the organisation including a change in senior management or control of the Group or its Board of Directors. If the seed investment goes badly wrong Baller should be considering resignation, I notice he is not appearing in the invester presentation tomorrow.
Question, hands up on a way to keep share holders happy?
