Just sent this to investor relations19 Feb 2026 12:32
Do you plan to hold an online meeting to help create some form of trust and understanding from present shareholders before this large dilution goes through?
I have been invested here for many years and feel like you have done nothing but treat us with total contempt bordering on deceptions and lies.
To illustrate this point I have pulled out details from the companies RNS sent on the 3rd Dec 2024
“The Company is pleased to advise the providers of the Investor Loans, many of whom are also long-standing shareholders of the Company, have reiterated their ongoing support of the Company and its intention to repay these debts from both the proceeds of the subscription with the new strategic investor, Huo Investments (Pvt) Limited (the "Investor"), (pending publication of the prospectus to be approved by the FCA) ("Subscription") and forthcoming royalty income.”
Q - Why did this not happen and why have these long term shareholders now changed their minds?
“The Company's working capital position will be improved in the near future from the receipt of the balance of US$1m from the Subscription and an additional US$1m from the minimum royalty payment by the end of this month. Also, the Company expects to receive a further minimum royalty payment of US$1m around the end of Q1 2025. These funds amounting to a total of $3m (£2.4m) will principally be used to repay Investor Loans.”
Q - If the loans were not repaid, what has happened to this money?
“In addition, the Board expects to receive additional regular royalty income following the commencement of coal production at Muchesu with operations on site now active and the new plant now in the process of being ramped up.
The Board will continue to update shareholders on the production levels at Muchesu and royalties are paid one month in arrears.”
Q- Operations on site have now been active for 443 days, so how much have we mined and produced in that period?
Now fast forward to 13 Feb 2026, the long term shareholders are no longer supportive and want their money out, this feels very much like the inner circle getting to leave the ship before it hits the rocks with their money intact.
Q - As a private investor who has been ignored and at times misled why should I support this proposal when the company’s track record shows little respect for its small shareholders?
