I'm a holder, so really want to see this do well. However, we are going to have to run the gaunlet of the usual obsticles ie. weather (either too cold, or its not to cold enough and the ice road is melting), equipment supply (we lost the rig in a blizzard), we have encountered something orible down the hole, over pressure hole (painful), its got the wrong water in it, we need to side track (get around the orible thing), a Polar Bear came (which means for the duration its no longer your hole), Father Christmas drunk in charge of his sleigh has crashed into the rig (yes I know its not there yet) ....... Anyhow I wish all a very Merry Chrishmas .... hopfully a very prosperous new year. ATB Easy.
"Talitha #A well has successfully reached target depth at 10,452 ft. The well has been logged and sidewall cores taken, which have been sent to third party labs for assaying."
Anyone know if the company have confirmed the independant assaying mentioned on 15 Feb RNS......... surley PANR must have know weeks back what the quatilty of the oil is? Or have I got that wrong.....
Looks like big Pete has set up office in his garden then. Probably has a three storey summer house with a jacuzzi ....LOL
If they started at the bottoem of the well. Kuparuk may have been tested by now and we could expect an RNS. Just for fun my pridiction for an 80 acre zone is:
STS Upper zone 15M barrel high quatily oil.
SFS 192 M barrels.
Kuparuk upper zone 10M barrels.
All free flowing of course. Now would'nt that be nice. I just woke up from my dream. Just trying add an bit of humour whilst we wait ..... so no need to cane me LOL.
They may already know......UBFF 125 ft High Quality Oil.......Kuparuk.....55 ft good reservoir quality. Third party validation required, then flow test. Then there is testing and analysis of LBFF 1400 ft which is a big slice to get through, remaining 45 ft of Kuparuk.... finally 155 ft of SMD. Got to be unlucky if the well can’t produce something from that lot.
