I have just over 100,000 shares accumulated between 20p and 13p so while down a little overall I now feel perfectly content to wait and see how this drilling programme works out.

I am certainly not going to lose sleep over an investment in an oil company with low debt, an average production of 5000 bopd and "Robust cash position of $49.3m".

Energy Fuels +10% and Denison Mines +6.8% Uranium on the move and miners starting to bounce of ten year lows. I have no doubt from the geology that there is Uranium in Spain but its up to BKY to wade through the bureaucracy to get the mine producing material.

I believe BKY will succeed but do not know with any certainty when. I take great comfort from the fact we are now listed in Madrid and have the Oman sovereign wealth fund on board.

While there is no confirmatory news yet and the sp might fall this morning I do agree Mr Cross has a good track record in developing oil exploration companies so content to sit tight and hold. West Shetland potential high and southern north sea gas fields bread and butter.

Cannacord lowered their price but still view CNE as a speculative buy. I hold PMG and AMER where boards often dominated by pumpers and dumpers so pleased that here things are quiet albeit the sp might be higher!

Broadly agree, pur hased after the big drop and averaged down a little last week so while a little under on my stake I expect profits in the longer term, 6-12 months.

Just purchased 2,000 more for reasons stated below and in previous posts. Have no idea why the market feel the RNS is bad news, personally cautiously pessimistic about tax case and feel it will drag on on for a few more months but some compensation likely in the end.

Question, if the drug is useless and IMM doomed then why raise funds for more development work?

Is this is an elaborate scam where the board intend to use the money to pay themselves wages, pension and bonuses for another few years? Has happened before in small cap companies where pump and dump merchants have their fun at my expense.

Another answer is that the drug and company was over hyped and when the trial went wrong the market punished them. But with money and time it is possible that the drug will get approval because it appears to work well on some patients.

What do board members feel has gone on here over the past 6 months?

We need patients....bad pun perhaps....we need patients to try the drug under the extended trial and enjoy a marked improvement in health if not free of symptoms. That will give the sp a much needed boost.

Well worth the reading if nothing else to cheer me up and remind me why I purchased earlier this year!
