Nolo....how long before IMM comes back?
Enjoying the run up here at EVG but IMM worrying.
Mining Projects take years to develop into production so adjust expectations accordingly. Sure there will be news which will produce sp Ups & Downs but at this stage we need some sexy assay results.

I am willing to buy back on board today in the hope it is a good sized discovery. Next winter's gas prices will be higher in Europe imo. China and Asia will need more LNG and Russian supplies off the table for years imo.
Plan B or the status quo?
I hold HUR and CRS shares and personally would be happy if HUR kept on pumping oil and paying an annual 3p dividend for another year. Any bids would need to be around 15p to excite my attention. I am happy holding a cash cow for several more years.
Must admit I expected some sp move so surprised that it has not budged in either direction.
Drilling and assay results often produce a sp lift but we need a bid or a major investor to buy a stake in AURA. Once a big player invests and production permits all passed then I would expect the sp to fly away. Hence maybe another 18 months before things get really exciting?
From the FT today an interesting story about one of the worlds biggest copper mine operators getting screwed over by greedy national government. This is perhaps both a warning for SOLG and a come on for anyone looking to bid?
"First Quantum Minerals has threatened to close its vast copper mine in Panama if it fails to resolve a tax dispute that it says risks damaging the country’s business-friendly reputation.
Panama has demanded that the Canadian group pay corporate tax of at least $375mn a year along with a profit-based mineral royalty of 12-16 per cent, a steep rise on the $61mn FQM paid to Panama on a project that raked in $1.4bn of gross profit in 2021.
The Canadian group’s chief executive Tristan Pascall said it would put its flagship project, responsible for 1.4 per cent of global copper supply, into “care and maintenance” if the country did not offer certain legal protections.
HUR is a very fat cash cow that goes moar rather than mooo every quarterly update.....how long will that last?
No idea, but not selling just yet.
Letter to Palliser......thoughts?

Over on EVG we were wondering who Mr Kight was back in April?
Who is Mr Smith? Hopefully someone who knows something positive about IMM future which I do not!
"Western countries are being urged to stop buying Russian nuclear fuel amid fears the trade is funding the war in Ukraine.
Russia is one of the world’s largest uranium suppliers with around 40pc of global capacity for uranium enrichment.
While Europe has been weaning itself off Russian fossil fuels, its nuclear sector is still heavily dependent on Russian imports.
“We need to escalate our collective pressure against the Kremlin, and the nuclear industry is exactly one of the arenas that needs to be considered,” said Tobias Ellwood, chairman of Parliament's defence committee."
Overdue imo....I much preferred the more frequent updates.
