rns states wood & sidra working with lenders…. what the f has woods lenders got to do with sidra a outside company looking pick up a cherry for nowt why are woods cooperating if sidra wants to buy take over do so frankly looks like insider trading **** you don’t show competition your books and contacts costs ect they had chance done due diligence in past something smells bad and it ain’t the fish in harbour too cosy by half it could be yorkshireman mixed with irish untrusting blood in me but this ain’t right buy if you want but getting privileged access on a takeover just wrong my view yes aware more to it but why woods getting tummy tickled by sidra

Defo I am in at bottom so 35p would give me a dam good profit but be more than happy to hold few years see it back where it should be it’s actually cost me nothing to buy as used dividends from other shares to buy still let hope for best obviously businesses still think woods can deliver on projects given contracts won recently

With number shares in issue P/E ratio profit still profit in my book some don’t even achieve that ok divi not best but got to be fair change of equity uplift bought in a current bottom have spare to buy more should it drop further but overall see how next 6/12 months pan I think drop over done just my view unless monster hiding cupboard

Instead of sidra I am a positive buyer & believe woods is a viable company with vast expertise which is worth even more its staff are its biggest asset so get some board changes to senior board and see what shareholders want possibly those with faith & know true true value possible upside to current sp 3000% 0.18px3000%=£5.50 realistic and has been higher obviously need some changes

For dividends could see upside to sp so win win but longer term some share buyback and cancellation & treasury to consolidate sp in years to come be nice I read somewhere a few months ago Greggs could be great pension pot share as great potential for sp upgrade. Cica £100 per share unfortunately this was also forecasted for glencore

Hopefully either or both Greggs far better than other fast food outlets for freshness should and will do better it’s barrier is lack of opening hours and reduction in hot food/pies very few want cold sausage roll or pastie but on price & quality can beat other s possible need to extend options and openings for selected stores locations problem is getting want you want after a certain time of day often no stock

What’s cheaper buying at 35p moping up shares at 17p or driving woods out business and picking up contracts when folded forgetting gas & oil dont woods work on wind power surley government need this and woods so possible help

So why so scary? Well for me things ain’t addding up first if 35p on table and sp at 22p why not everyone piling in for a nice quick easy 13p per share profit surly easy money also why not ask for suspension to do a deal not sure shareholders will go for 35p more questions than answers even more scenario any I’ve now actually put some physical cash in before was my dividends

These need to be maintained even in these high cost times even if means retro fitting solar power or battery power storage to get cheaper during night sp dropped never good but bought I in on new low I did read few weeks back Greggs could be £100+ a share in future given shares in issue and business might well be but I’d be happy back to £30+ as share holder and consumer

Equity value v’s dividends lower dividends of 4/6% with higher sp so paper money rather than actual cash I could live with that stable sp that risen plus well funded and cash surplus war fund

My money near enough but I’d be happy with £1 per share but undervalue at that woods problem in my view is loss of belief in SMT counts for a lot the expertise is priceless a new management & funding & proper pricing for work WG could fly again

People forget only few years ago WG £5+ all come down sentiment just one or two positive views

So ok I don’t know everything to do with stock market and all bits business but surly if Sidra have approached & made offered before why delay? Surely they done due diligence and so on further more if they buy over certain number shares got to make offer if I wanted to buy I’d be buying up as much stock at 21p 25p 28p 32p even now 38 & 39p rather than paying 1 or £2 quid I’d be getting it by getting brokers to buy up yes on quiet to keep price down I know I’ve simplified but get my point hopefully think if actually want wood should been announced sooner I think wood fighting back here not sure city want that though
