Totally agree AC Has a lot of questions to answer and unless he’s got another plan to avoid us at a AGM then times running out until December perhaps he’s hoping covid will bail him out and no face to face AGM. I want to see accounts, I want to know where we stand with assets, I want to unstandardised reasons for any deals done, and most of all I want to know what AC got out of it does have shares or promises from other companies. IF HES SOLD UP/ given away gas fields just at point of Hugh increase in gas price then that’s at best poor business if not total negligence of duty to share holders I urge everyone possible to attend AGM if it goes ahead let meet up first plan of action

We (investors) are not the villains here, we bought shares in good faith, and held in good faith, we even bought in to suspension. And believed in AC BUYING TULLOW ECT so no point falling out, and some point HNL WILL HAVE TO HOLD AGM. We can then take out frustration then that’s my intention

I am with on this investors first, media second, as for Costs & liabilities well of course increased give timeline but surely anyone with sense or business acumen would have factored these in when discussing decommissioning ???? Answers needed urgently here where we’re at as a business? How much was paid for assets? What’s in the kitty? And how much coming back to us? Possibly time for us p.i. S us engage solicitor given larger shareholders have either been given info, which we’ve not not or sweetener family that anyone fancy a trip to Holland door step Mr Cochran as I gather that’s where he lives

And given timeline just a impatience as us we need answers and hopefully if no news forthcoming before we’ll be able to challenge at AGM hopefully covid won’t blindside us. Kept in dark and fed **** by halo for last four years. Until we have some clarification we are just speculation on everything from sale, carbon capture, assets, funds. I’ve used this word many times here but we are all just been treated with contempt. Tried looking for HNL website this morning see if and RNS but can’t find it found some old reports and news but no website which I have seen before. As for issue of no news after Ghostwriter info yesterday total contempt as usual as for my investment!!!!!well I gave up on that long ago was a punt in first place but no one like lose cash only positive for me was a bundle. As I said last year I can see the words NO MATERIAL VALUE coming the very near future like I had with circle oil (COP) a few years back

Maybe if Cochran wants to get our trust he should pay back last three years salary and take shares in lieu. This would show faith in company and maybe other on board do same...I had shares in IOG who did this just a thought

Ghostwriter letter was a positive move, but not sure if it will do any good as any information could be possibly construed insider information, and secondly Ghost gave the 30 days to reply if this company had any regard for P.I.s or any investor they would have not waited the full 30 days personally I think the company had scant regard, and I’ll go further contempt for investors we’ll see.....I was prepared to give leeway due to 2020 and covid but not anymore

Here is just no information from company AT ALL given difficult year we surely could have expected someone from company coming at and stating no possibility of relist in 2020 . I may not have liked it BUT would have understood again difficult past year all round but as Ghostwriter has pointed out 4 weeks to end of year and not a PEEP SO now I will not forgive, understand, the very least we very patient investors could have expected was to kept in loop............
