Wy. I am thinking that suspension, allows fca to investigate wrongdoings and maybe the resetting the bond conversion price as a result. The Bond holders could all convert next week with billions and billions more shares added. Suspension would stop that.

I am fairly certain that once COPL etc are served class action papers, they will have to RNS the fact. This will then be in the public domain. ARB are in a situation where they are accused of misleading investors and class action is being taken.

Surely this is the most obvious case of shares being Forward sold. An easy investigation.. Anavio are the only people getting 1.3 bn shares to fund copl at a price of .15 now the sp is .04 if Anavio can change their funding arrangement below .04 they have already made their money so funding couple for free. I really hope we go into administration before funding. This is a fraud.

I sold out at a 30k loss, but still keep an eye on this board. I was thinking entry at 40p was good. I am waiting to see how the YGEN deal pans out. How much is YGEN losing per year and add that to what NCYT is losing. There will be large costs yet to be revealed.

Bought back in here. I had a big investment when we were CLP , it was a rollercoaster with lots of promise and even more disappointment. Bitcoin is now on the up, we have a solution for miners to increase production without the cost of replacing existing machines. This would save large miners 100's of millions of pounds. This could finally be a very profitable business for us, rather than relying on court case settlements. GLA
