Should we be emailing MC charging us £500 per hour or CAG working on our behalf. I would say email CAG first, so they can contact MC with all the concerns we have. MC is a busy man. The last thing he wants is to be inundated with constant emails.

I am with ii, it's gives me a totals ie, amount invested, loss and average price. But is there a spreadsheet or program that you can put figures in manually and will give you an accurate figure that allows for tax rules, ie trading within 30 days of buying and selling.

If the SL got our company for free, ie for the money owed. At its leisure, it can sell it on for a lot more, or even get people in to run it properly, get it making money, then sell it on. All is bad news for us.

Any UK company can now indemnify any of its directors, and any director of a company in the same group, against damages, costs and interest awarded against him in civil proceedings brought by a third party, and against legal and other costs incurred in defending both civil and criminal proceedings if and when the director wins or is acquitted, or the claim is settled or dropped. But an indemnity cannot cover fines or penalties (as this would be contrary to public policy), nor can it cover damages etc for a director’s negligence or breach of fiduciary duty towards his own company or another group company (as this would compromise director accountability).

I think the directors will definitely have to pay some legal fees as the policies wouldn't cover fraudulent wrongdoings

Many many genuine holders are long-term holders with averages in the 5p range or higher. This would have to 1000 bag. We will never get to that point, the damage has been done by crooks that ran the company. They need to pay, for the distress and devistation they have inflicted on us, regardless of any future value because it will be less than we expect.

We don't even know if the JV was a thing. We now know copl is in debt by more than 125m. Copl needs to start again from scratch, we have too much debt to much interest to pay, too many bonds to convert. Copl can't continue without discharging our debts and the only way out is the US equivalent of chapter 11. As a long term holder I can't see an easy way out of this . It is not worth throwing any money into this, at the moment until a way forward is concluded.
