No Quady there is a big space in the middle ground between selling at fair value and selling at a knock down price.
It’s not black and white in that respect.

NM has not said that though, not using the statement as you have, also when you say "that can never be achieved" as if its a fact when it's not a fact.

NM said he will sell for the right price he has not said only for full value or close to full value.

You don't' eve know for sure no one will pay close to full value.

I agree, its hard to question that we are significantly undervalued.

When you say £1-1.50 is current ‘fair value’ I think it’s more complicated than that.
We would not be sat under 30p if this was the case, other factors play a part including uncertainty and risk involved.

Any bids are unlikely to be at fair value as that’s not how it plays out, it’s worth what we can get for it.
Obviously going to production gives us a better chance of getting ‘fair value’, personally I think the term is mid leading and not realistic in current market.
Like most things something is worth what someone os willing to pay for it.

Possibly but when he tipped us we were around 90p I believe so he’ll be well under water here.
He hasn’t mentioned us since then, which is not surprising based on his buy in price .

I feel that more frequent news releases on our assets as well as better marketing would help, as we seem to drift on news.

Companies don't usually get bought out for full value, you must know this yes? You're usual reply of therefore it won't be sold really is not even logical.
