A bidder would not have to negotiate with all the different holders of SOLG shares on the book, before making a bid.

That’s not correct Quady, why don’t you ever listen to others?

They would not have to have been in discussions with everyone on the share register, that’s not how bids work.

A bid is made then the holders then decide whether to sell or not.
