Without some sort of sale/JV/Farm in, we really wont be able to secure the funding for the many projects without huge dilution, not something I want for us.

with the sums involved it would be prudent for majors to wait for PFS to justify such spending to its share holders IMO.

PFS must be due very soon.

For me we do not have defensive measures in place to defend a decent a bid, indeed I believe its what NM wants, like any negotiation you don't get the best price by telling buyers you want a sale.

The basic premise for me is that why on earth would majors let a minnow like us effectively have the worlds latest best discoveries all to themselves, it's just not going to happen.

These assets are very rare and getting more so, Ecuador has the potential to provide majors with the next generation of assets to firmly secure their future for many decades to come.
