Quady, I would say the biggest concern currently is that at these depressed levels we are vulnerable to cheap take over.

Many investors would take a 300% from here.

It was always thought a consortium would buy us, why not BHP and NCM who have shown there interest already.

what I said was if NCM make a bid in October and BHP then get involved re a counter bid, they could both end up buying it together and JV the projects

I know that Quady ,but with so much at stake I think Nm's continued priority will be that the existing share holders get full value and don't get it taken from us as you are suggesting could happen.

I do agree that we don't want the percentage of majors holdings increasing further but we will need cash and I just have feeling BHP will add more at around 25p, at a premium to todays SP.

No body knows for sure but be fair to Nm and his team its very difficult indeed going from a small explorer to proving up the huge resource at Cascabel and we have done it, thats no man feat by anyones standards.

He is playing it simple by keep proving up more resource increasing its value. Obviously this costs millions and millions but tier 1's of this sort don't happen in a year or 2.

We are nearly there by all accounts, yes its been expensive but I ask again who would have done it differently and how?
I possibly would have liked to have seen a few pins in Blanca by now but that too is now progressing.

More patience will reward IMHO, I personally have got a few more at these levels.

why do you think freeing up BHP to bid would stop NCM bidding in October? I disagree tbh I think it could be the start of a JV with the two of them

be at all surprised if we get a fund raise very soon, possibly BHP taking up more shares at a premium to todays price, prob around 25p IMO

you stated MRE3 is now due next year?, as far as Im aware this incorrect and expecting it later this year.

If NM wanted to sell this cheap he would have done by now

It may not be going as fast as many would like but NM is one of the biggest share holders and he wants the best price for it
