12months on AIM is a long time, we have a new management team with a lot to prove. There is no way they would do a spivvy raise down at the lows after they brought in some of their close contacts at 7p+.

Management is key and here I trust them. Lets see what comes but at £2.3m cap with 9mmboe*2P* going to 16mmboe *2P* is the cheapest valuation for 2P I can find on AIM and also worth mentioning their crude commands a premium to brent as is such high quality.

Im seriously impressed with the new management team, they clearly have huge reputations in the Nigerian oil and gas arena, Trafigura have signed an MOU with ADME to lend up to $100m for any deal the management team can source... Trafigura being the second largest commod trader in the world

Listen to that interview and just compare calibre of Peter/Osa to the old (toxic) board. night and day . Im extremely confident here this new management team are experienced with the right connections to get this to a whole new level

the BOD definitely do read the BBs. Hopefully they are doing all they can behind the scenes now to put a plan together to restore SH confidence and therefore sentiment

At 2million Cap you have a quality producing asset with 9mmboe NET 2P reserves moving to 16mmboe NET 2P post EER deal... it puts ADME pretty much cheapest I can find on a EV/2P basis - people forget this company has huge 2P reserves vs current Mcap. The crude produced is premium quality and can command premium pricing

The $100m facility is also overlooked here... you have the second largest commodity trader in the world agreeing in principle to help fun a new producing asset through I guess an offtake type structure where no immediate dilution would be required.

absolutely! Osa has big contacts in Nigerian oil and gas sector - just google.

If they can use the $100m facility they could feasibly bring in an asset with thousands of barrels of oil at no immediate dilution to SHs if they structure it well... £2m cap here so you can see the upside potential! Brucey bonus here is already producing positive cashflows

pretty much all the money is invested here over 7p, most over 10p.. to me given the huge bounce in OP since lows this is way oversold down here.
