Agree Numis are definitely dumping their house stock at the moment as they keep reloading 250k clips.

Horizone Management as quiet as a church mouse in a period when the markets are flying. I really hope they capitalise in these markets and don't drag things in to Q4 when the ass could fall out of equity markets (who knows this is one of their fav excuses if things don't go their way).

Anyway taking the op to load some more here as frankly if they go by their guidance then this Q is when the jigsaw pieces should start landing.

Next week our German friends from across the pond will be able to buy - that stock Germans MMs will have to get from the London market so one would expect a bit off a supply v demand squeeze! Get a few large investors out there fighting for stock and we could see this back to fair value (25p+ based on 2P) sooner rather than later. Lets see

So listing on 3 new exchanges, Berlin, Frankfurt & Xetra. Also a new Sponsor (who work with the likes of Audi, Airbus) etc which will help get ADME on the map in these new markets should help create huge new demand in due course and therefore help the SP rerate to fairer value.
as noted by the directors they had big interest from some German investors when out there in February due to the synergy with the German Gas Turbine market that feeds Nigeria. Hopefully we see some new buying volume here on listing (from tomorrow) as new MMs will also need stock

Ridiculous really £3m cap with this calibre management and more 2P booked reserves than most £30m cap oilers..

One other thing, when does the German listing go live? Assuming soon. German MMs will need to get a base float of stock to trade with so should hopefully help squeeze the SP given low free float here already. Dream scenario would be we get a couple of large PI German investors taking positions on open market.. not much stock about so could really do wonders to the SP.
They did say they had a lot of interest from over there so we shall see..

Looking rather (!) encouraging especially given Anglo used to hold the licences so clearly have a lot of data on them already - now Copper is looking to be in huge demand they want back in to what is the most prospective copper licence in Zambia yet to be developed- not for less than £250m though I say ;)

DanBrown I think you are missing that the $2.75m to close the ERR is from $2m in ADME shares at 7p and the rest of the $750k is part cash and shares which is safe to assume this wouldn't be sub 7p either.

This new board are very "anti dilution" down at these extremely low levels.

This RNS from 2 weeks ago tells you about their requirement for any further cash noting "This will be sufficient, at current run rates, to maintain the Company's operations until the end of 2020."

Of course its likely they'll raise at some point in the next 7 or so months but im arguing they wont be stupid enough to do it anywhere near these prices given they brought in one of their contacts at 7p not long ago.

You are intimating the company are about to raise, I disagree.

Fundamentally you have £2.3m Cap with 9million barrels of proven resources with a very high calibre management team.
You are focusing on historic accounts before the recent cost cutting measures were taken.
