PEEL are a market maker and therefore only need to declare under 10% threshold. Res Priva its 3% threshold. My assessment is PEEL sold out then bought up to 9.9% off Res Priva to then flip. Total volumes since the two sellers started has been 400m and the total sells of PEEL + Res was 130m. Minimum volume to clear a seller on open market is always 4x volume so id say another 100m trading volume and we should never clear

Im voting against reappointment of Tom Richardson. This guy has added 0 value, and it's about time someone more proactive was appointed to the board here - shareholders deserve some representation! I urge others to also vote accordingly. (in favour of all other resolutions)

At 1p the warrant holders will still be sitting on 6x profits! They're in for £15m at 0.167p...

Yeah, same here — my instinct was to sell at 3p when it hit there but I didn’t pull the trigger. Managed to get out today at 2p at least. You live and learn. There was no way to know management would go and strike a deal like this.

The only glimmer of hope for holders now is that the whole thing is still conditional on the 17th December vote, so it could be rejected. You only resort to this kind of funding structure when you’re out of options, and it screams desperation. If the major shareholders rallied together and pushed for a straightforward equity raise instead, they might still save the situation… though realistically, that feels unlikely.

At Current price £170m?? absolutely obscene.... Its conditional so Warrant holder cannot forward sell their endless supply of 0.167p shares until its voted through.

Overhang surely be gone this week and then we can start our journey to fair value. 50% discount to Nasdaq seems fair which is circa 13-15p?

Firming up nicely, churning the 3second holders out in to stronger hands. All healthy movement, those willing to hold 6months should get a handsome return from current levels.

13x arbitrage currently. Sellers down to their last few million IMO
