Well done mate I'm 100% sure it will be suspended tomorrow and we will get more flesh on the bone to muse over. Really fantastic when research pays off with backing solid fundamentals.... 100% backed up by cash here and having huge named management on board was really a no brainer. As I have always said I had suspicions this deal has been in the making for years and not just the past 6months.... the ducks have been lined up one by one in the background and this last few months has been putting the icing on top of the cake. GLA

Just musing. But say they raise the £20M at 5p... that still only gets a valuation of £36M with £30M in cash and drug with full EU approval! We are in such a strong position here having 100% of our MC backed up by cash already. A £20M raise at 10p would mean a MC of £50M with £30M in cash and drug with full EU approval with the likes of Stratford on board... to me still seems conservative.... similar biopharma companies with drugs at such an advanced stage will be multiples of cash. Again just musing but potentially we could be in for some serious upside. Bring on tomorrow morning as until then this is all speculation.

What I expect is: Suspension tomorrow along with details of the transaction. I would expect in the suspension period broker will value the deal and from this deem what a suitable price for the further equity required to complete the deal. One thing I think we can be certain on is it will be a premium to cash. Having an EU approved drug and what will be £30m cash in the coffers id say will be able to fundraise at a significant premium to cash then on relist further traction. I'm interested to see how much equity is raised through institutions as I'm sure there will be a lot of interest with Harry Stratfords name involved this will be tagged "the next Shire." and I can see huge interest in the city. Complete guess but finger in the air 5p equity raise with big named backers and maybe a small amount of retail so on relist its priced to rocket. My 10-20p target this year could well be blown out of the water in my opinion. Having an EU approved drug ready to market with £30M cash is massive. I guess I need to start research what premiums to cash a similar peer that are newly listed trade at.

The company we are acquiring has recently had EU approval for their first drug. Research all other listed companies with an EU approved drug... market capital's in the hundreds of millions and also billions. Cant wait for Monday to find out more... it will most definitely be suspended.

Suspension will be short imo as have suspicion HS and CF have organised a lot behind the scenes... also this deal will still have to be voted through by fastnet SHs so may not be suspended until voted through. My guess though is that suspension will/should be first thing tomorrow. Very excited.

Its Amryt that will be raising the £20m and not fasntet equity. All will be revealed tomorrow morning. Very excited.

I've posted previously my targets and reasons for those targets. 10p very achievable its a MC of £35M and comparison to biopharma start ups that have tested product ready for market are £50M+ MC range. Remember you were calling this a massive sell at 2p so don't you forget that, son. now an easy 40% higher than your sell call, take it on the chin and move on.

Will add... every stock I'm in I'm 100% positive in and have a very clear target and exit plan. You have to ask yourself the question, would I buy this share at the current price if I wasn't already invested? If the answer is no then sell up get the hell out an move on to your next stock. If you do not believe in the story or CF or HS then what are you still doing here? You will never ever make money being in a share you don't believe in or a stock you are ill researched in. Radar ramps when he buys in and sells when he dumps out. Clearly he was one of those dumps close of play friday and now is doing his usual deramp and will be looking for his 2.6p entry again. I really cannot wait for him to be spitting out his cornflakes one morning very soon. All I can say is it really does pay to do your research. Harry Stratford is about as hard hitting as you can get in biopharma and we are currently valued bang on cash. I have 10-20p target on this stock this year.
