Best case SOLO will have £7.7m in cash and sold all of UKOG.

Worst case is SOLO will have £4.5m in cash and still hold 2.9% UKOG (£2.5m at current SP) = total £7m eq.

So either way its a very healthy balance vs £12.5m Mcap.

Add on the £2.8m stake in Helium one to list next year.

Add on the 25% Ruvuma (Aminex hold 25% carrried as their flagship and are valued over £70m..)

Add on 30% Isle of Wight discovery to be drilled and put in to production H1 2019.

Add on 8 % Kiliwani North (to be perforated this quarter and if successful will be producing net cashflow to solo)

Such a massive value disconnect between AEX @ £70m and SOLO @ £13m no matter what which way you look at it.

Encouraging price action in AEX of late, fingers crossed extension+spud date land shortly. To me I see a very swift rerate for SOLO over £30m cap as soon as this lands for starters

Beaufort is SOLOs old broker so its just old holders or ex placees that still have stock here held in their Beaufort account that are cashing up as they thought they would never get their money back

Beaufort holders get their keys back to their accounts this week. Note they have had this money tied up for over 6 months and at one stage it looked bleak that theyd ever get it back. So I can fully understand a few jump for the door to cash in which is exactly what those few quick trades were this morning.

They are going to regret selling at that price here shortly though in my opinion. £7.5m in cash & UKOG shares, no debt, £2.8m in Helium one, 25% Ruvuma, 30% Isle of Wight, 8% Kiliwani North all for £13m!

Ridiculous esp given Aminex hold the same WI in their flagship Ruvuma and are valued £70m with a $40m carry.

Not sure taking it to the wire...? they only gave a guidance of end of November for farm in to complete... if its the week after then there is no real skin off anyones nose.

Going to be painful when these sellers look back in a few months time and this is back over 5p.

Ironically over 5p is when every man and their dog will want in.

SOLO's 25% stake in Ruvuma is nearly in for free at the moment given cash & investments (ukog / helium one).

Isle of Wight also due to spud H1 next year where SOLO hold 30% interest. Its a previous discovery so low risk appraisal, be nice to get news on this also. UKOG hold 65% and is the only other listed company with a stake so lots of UKOGS im sure will be hopping across as and when those wheels are put in to motion to get much better exposure.

Nice lean overheads here, small cash burn being investment co. and very healthy balance sheet.

On C-1 spud commencing I see this back to £50m Mcap assuming solo retain their 25% stake.

Really is a cracking Risk V Reward play with Kiliwani North re perforation a nice bonus if that comes in (should hear news on this imminently)

#AEX valuation now £75m with £2m (max) in cash, 25% Ruvuma fully carried in to production as main asset.
