They are brand new to the market - quite right they werent even about when the IPO doc was out I was thinking of another one and got name mixed up. This lot are even further behind!!

Speed is of the essence and Bids have people from Spotify, Sega, Candy Crush etc on the advisory and management team. They have been speaking to the biggest names and its all about being the first mover which they are! As James says there will be plenty of "me too cop cats" coming along but thats why BIDS will be loacking up the real estate on 3 year exclusive to bidstack deals.

Nothing new, the competitors in the same space are listed in the IPO document but their offerings are way behind that of Bidstacks.

As James D says in his interview, by July they will be so far ahead of anyone else they can reveal all at their showcase event in their offices.

Bidstack also now have the biggest names in industry guiding them on their advisory board as well as £6m in bank. That small Israeli firm are private meaning they will have no cash and will not be able to grow anywhere near the rate as well as not being on DSPs or having any data analysis that advertisers want. All about capitalising on being the first mover in this sector and gobbling the market up asap...

Point is its just a huge market thats untapped and growing like no other (Native in game) and thats grabbing big interest with the biggest players in the sector. Thats the excitement here..
Take a monopoly on the video game market sets BIDS up perfectly to then dominate the VR/AR sector advertising when they kicks off in 5 years time.

Virtual worlds are the future and BIDS perfectly placed.

Well given that Video sector is sat at $150billion revs which is larger than film $43billion and music $20billion markets, and growing 20% YoY it will be one of the largest in any sector by default

They are the owners of the advertising real estate as they lock it down on 3 year exlusive to bidstack contracts. And yes JD calls it media as per the last RNS. The beauty with BIDS is that it benefits both the supply and demand sides. Everyones a winner here and its in everyones interest to make it work hence noone has told them to go away and they are getting huge inbound interest.

exactly. All good news to come I see 30p by July quite honestly it could really blow any expectations out of the park if they deliver given the caliber of people they are getting on board at this early stage as a first mover in a huge growing market.

There will be a new shares in issue RNS by the end of the month after having issued new shares (as thats AIM regulation). But they have already landed... London South East Slow to update.

well everyone was expecting a huge dip in SP yesterday as placing shares landed yet it finished +5%... who on earth would be selling down here given the vast blue sky potential available to BIDS shareholders. Can you imagine selling ASOS after 100% watching it do another 13000%... painful that must have been.

That sentence... let it digest. Video game sector is worth $150billion in revenues this year and growing 20% YoY.

I mean to put their aspirations in to context.... If they achieve their goal stated (and they seem confident esp given caliber of appointments) then you are looking at $billion Mcap. V exciting opportunity

exactly lots worrying about the intra hour stuff here...that never does me any good as you just end up selling too early or buying a spike.

Newsflow next few months here is all going to be good and potentially some huge news that could propel this in to the major league. Ie any tie up with the likes of Epic Games / Trade Desk or on the demand side advertisers announcing deals with us as per the last podcast.
