people seem to be quick to forget Nickel price has risen 80% this year

So the $350m NPV & $35m Capex were based on 95% purity and 9% TGC

Fastforward the clock looks like we now have much higher TGC (12-16%+) and also much higher purity graphite 97-98% instead of 95%

Could double the NPV if they secure battery grade product (looking likely and project payback will be well under a year!

Can only imagine HZM must be getting a lot of them at the moment with Nickel price up here and dynamics suggesting significantly higher move yet to come.... Offtakes mentioned on the presentation I can imagine lots will be chomping at the bit now Indonesia is banning exports YE.

Have to keep reminding myself that Nickel was $11k at the beginning of the year, now $18k!

Hardly any (if any!) other high grade Tier one Nickel assets that are construction ready with all permits currently exist and it takes over 8 years from first discovery to get to this advanced construction ready stage... My gut feel here is so strong for one day HZM suspending pending T/O offer for some lifechanging sum... a very real possibility in the next few months and the possibility improves with the higher the Nickel price goes.

All I can see going forward here is win win for the patient SHs..

My own hunch is I think we have an II buying out Richard Griffiths stock on the open market. Odd they didn't do it off market (as buy and sell prices would match getting them both better deal) but then I know Richard G doesn't deal in off market direct transfer buys, he has been approached countless times for that stock direct. Odd some might think that he would prefer to slowly drip drip it out (others say he is doing this for manipulation). Obviously also it may not be him selling.. all just speculation. We await the next few TR1s with much interest.

Hopefully this will mean he has gone once and for all (never to return!).. nice 650k buy after hours too as well as the 350k is another 1m loaded by someone.

Price action tomorrow will be interesting.

From a TA perspective the RSI has cooled right off on the chart signalling this is ready for the next move up.

Im amazed this is still trading sub 5p given Nickel is over $18k, Araguaia financing underway (incredibly favourable conditions to secure it!) and the long awaited Vermelho PFS for battery grade Nickel is due.

This will get chased again soon enough

At this Ni price Vermelho Battery Grade PFS is going to blow the doors off .. cant wait.

Sellers have dried up here, this level is a steal for new money to take a position ahead of this big big month of newsflow.

NPV (for 25% of ACPs licence) was calculated at $350m based on Graphite price $1270/t for 95% purity ($400/t cost)

They have now proven premium 97% purity & if battery grade their price will command $2000/t+

That would 2x the NPV to $700m (rough) vs Capex of just $35m!

Going to be pretty easy to fund ;)

Two x Tier One Nickel Assets
Nickel price 5 year highs.

HZM has the highest chance of a T/O offer incoming on any resource play I can see on AIM given the point in the Nickel price cycle and added fire through EV demand also ramping up, the fact that there are next to no other new high grade Tier one Nickel assets construction ready... totally unique sweet spot we are now in.

Jeremy Martin stes Horizonte Minerals are sitting on equivalent of 3 Onca Puma mines (100% owned)..

Onca Puma sold for $850m+ at the exact same stage as Araguaia is now ad the same price point in the Nickel cycle.

Its funny watching this new tin pot poster trying to belittle what HZM is and what they have achieved, very see through these antics are someone who sold and wants cheaper entry.

Oh boy am I looking forward to the rest of September unfolding... :)

You just have to ask the question... is what will be over $3billion worth of NPV (at current Ni price) in the hottest commodity going atm worth an EV of just £40m when the asset is construction ready..(!)

This should be trading a multiple higher and will be soon enough
