Point taken but just defending myself when someone bring out the one bad call I made.. I feel its warranted to say hang on a minute..

This is an open forum and im interested to see what deal RBD manage with their £20m new warchest. But to me the mechanics mean there will be a significant amount of new overhang and all current assets diluted more. Valid point?

Ill call a spade a spade, not afraid to either. Ive called clangers as have we all but its all about calling more winners than clangers, I think I have done ok.

IQAI was prob on of my best calls at 1p but I sold that at 1.4p! hit 9p

haha no of course not but the opportunity was there for people to.. and all are still significantly higher than the base buy prices and all are still significantly undervalued. AAOG pretty much one of my only clangers !

RBD has done OK to be fair, some people like the dilution if it unlocks value. For me Id just want them to see returns on current assets before expanding further.

So I have had a fair share of good calls too mind. No arguing, AAOG was a stinker.

This is the reason I sold out of this company many moons ago, huge raise after huge raise, each one diluting the previous assets... what happens when you have two ex broker type CEOs calling the shots.

$35m capex to get the project throwing off $50m FCF per year!

Will pay for itself in a year... IRR 122% will improve on the DFS to payback in less than a year!

All in Capex is $35m so that's the cost to get the project to full production and includes power.

ACP has the best capex to NPV ration ive ever seen on a mining stock.

NPV of $350m vs $35m Capex

Beauty is the $350m NPV was on 9% TGC (latest drilling shows up to 20%), and 95% purity (latest results show over 97%).

95% purity sells for $1250/t
97% purity sells for over $1500/t
Cost of production $400/t

That's a huge increase in margin which will improve the NPV further IMO likely $600m+ vs just $35m capex!

Not going to be hard to fund ;)

Those that have been about a while know to take profit on a strong blue day. Add on the dip days.

As you can see SP already bouncing so they mugged themselves off..

Taking profit when SP is -15% is spivving im afraid!
