All my predictions have been based on something Pauly, whether its emails from the company or the fact ive known where DH, actually is at a certain time, thats because I dig around and find out whats going on. Yes things, as you yourself know tend too take alot longer than is always anticipated, but thats the name of the game, this is a public board and people are entitled to have their say and what they think and perceive as fact. Im still sticking to a deal in Bolivia is imminent, as far as I can tell all the necessary work is in place, we are just waiting for the go ahead from the authorities.

Now most of the leg work has been done by Clon and everyone is happy with the results, news of a JV could arrive anytime :)

Thier have been alot of meeting with the various parties, including the indigenous people, The DLE is the only method that seems to have everyones support. The Bolivian Government are not going to issue any licenses or agree to a joint venture until they know that everyone is happy. So yes Clon has and is carrying out all this work up front. However we are now in an advanced stage, I feel news will follow soon.

This could actually be massive. The fact is, would you look into this BEFORE Government approval, yes you would as long as you had an idea it was going to happen, the fact that they even have permission to be operating there speaks volumes. Peter O'toole is our man on the Ground.

I Think you will find that the funding is for specific projects as metioned in Septembers RNS. This is an exert from that.

If laboratory test-work results are satisfactory, we understand that Australian and other funding is available to build an on-site pilot plant to production test the Direct Lithium Extraction process'.

Grant of Share Options



Clontarf Energy plc (AIM: CLON) is pleased to announce that the following long-term, incentive share options have today been granted over, in aggregate, 160,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Options").



The Options vest immediately, have an exercise price of 0.0725p and an expiry date of 16 January 2030. The exercise price represents a premium of c. 4% to the closing price on 16 January 2023, being the last trading day before the award of the Options.
