Best thing you can do red is join the group and or do your own research? Big on that aren’t you but miss key information. Surprised you don’t know already, did you not know Howard’s involvement with afc in the past

I’m referring to the oo deal, the reason yourself and many others including many disgruntled members of the tg group invested.

We can only presume castle. I have my own opinions and everyone is entitled to their own view but I can understand why they wouldn’t want certain people involved with making decisions, as any business owner would be particular about. Look at other companies and what’s happening there. Some people are in it for themselves and some people together as a team looking at an end goal. I’m not saying that’s what’s happened but if you look at what’s happened with hui and recent rns of deals now not happening, that would add to the theory. Who’s right or wrong but I would have done the same

I was removed from the inner circle of the company some time ago - and having saved the company with £4.65 million of cash injections and having been responsible for most of the new Board members I was excluded - so I would appreciate it if my view of the company is perceived through these eyes - I only hold positions on companies where I have involvement

On one of the telegram groups earlier this year when asked about why they are selling and if still involved, he posted a link from companies house of a dissolved company and went on to say that.. amongst other negative things about the ceo of afc since his departure

Just to let you know Red, Howard said himself the reason he is selling is because he won’t stay invested in anything he isn’t on the board of or have influence on the company decisions. Judging by what’s happened at hui, I can understand why

Hope it goes well for you castle - Get yourself out to Spain more! My parents have a place in the Costa blanca and go over every 6 weeks or so. Prices have changed but still a steal compared to anywhere worth residing in the uk

Why are my arguments non starters? For one, no one’s arguing, I’m voicing an opinion. Hui are effectively a broker, hence low margins. I was spot on about oo conflict with the Saudis views… don’t be surprised if there’s a few changes coming on the board coming… and rightly so

Why are you bothered what I think anyway? You said you only have a very small holding here! Now wipe away the sweat from your brow and get yourself a cold one on the way home

The market hasn’t marched on since ipo, infact it’s done the opposite. Since then the business plan has changed multiple times. To say they will get an 18% margin when they currently have no revenue and aren’t putting in any of their own money other than an amount most people could afford to purchase some licences for third party tech is crazy. The margins for any third party sales business are historically low, needing volume of sales, do you think after the Saudis put in all of the money they are going to give away 18% to hui? I hope for the sake of everyone invested they get a return.

Again Howard white has been dishonest, there was no intention of selling oo unless the share price reached 10p… and what’s more worrying like I mentioned months ago, no one on the bod could see the oo deal as an issue with the Saudis views on cannabis

If you was asking a question rather than a statement, you was invested there because of the oo deal, which I’m stating was never going to happen. So what do hui have now other than disappearing margins? I have no issue with hui, I hope they do succeed and solve this global issue. I just find it amusing you claim to know everything about business, especially ridiculing other people’s investments and failed to miss something glaringly obvious but it doesn’t matter anyway because you only had a tiny holding left here, right 🤥

And we all know the decline since the last rally… they don’t know their back side from their elbow! What’s the business plan now… vague, no figures. I commented weeks ago stating the Saudis likely wouldn’t invest in a company that was affiliated with cannabis, scary how the board didn’t see that as an issue
