I don’t think there’s a minimum but at some point it wont look investable to most once it gets to a certain low, and raising funds will become difficult because it will result having to raise even more shares for the same amount of capital…the amount of shares in issue is already high. Wonder if at some point they consider to do a reverse split?

It’s always easy on reflection slappy! but I would ask what your initial target was when you first invested, what will change in the short to medium term (no news to follow possibly for a while/no reports due) and what your longer term goals are. If you think there’s better places to put your money or you want the money for other things no harm in taking profits but it all depends on your circumstances and what you are investing for! If you want that 993 911 turbo then you best get compounding and I hope you get there 👌👍

Powerhouse Energy Group (PHE) is advancing a waste-to-hydrogen facility at the former Michelin tyre production site in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. The project aims to convert non-recyclable waste into hydrogen, electricity, and heat using their patented Distributed Modular Generation (DMG®) technology.

Key Project Details:

Location: Silverwood Business Park, Ballymena (former Michelin site).

Site Area: Approximately 1.98 acres.

Capacity: The facility is designed to convert 40 tonnes per day of non-recyclable waste.

Technology: Uses PHE’s proprietary DMG® technology to produce hydrogen and power.

Status: As of late January/early February 2026, Powerhouse Energy has submitted a full planning application and is moving ahead with permitting.

Lease Agreement: A 25-year lease for the site was signed, including a 12-month rent-free period.

Strategic Importance: The site was chosen for its available infrastructure, local feedstock, and support from local councils, aimed at aiding Northern Ireland's decarbonisation targets.

This project is part of a "design-build-operate" model, with Powerhouse seeking project-specific finance. The facility is intended to be a low-emission, low-impact, and self-sufficient solution.
