We already know that they won’t pay dividend for Q4 so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to the market, However, it would give the company’s MCap a massive boost and Likely to regain the market’s confidence if the BOD initiates a limited buyback program, as in buying shares from the open market using Q4 dividend money.

Dividend last year 9.32p / 4 Quarters = 2.33p ( Q4) x 475M total shares = £ 11,067,500 The money saved by not paying Q4 dividend /10p today’s sp = 110M shares to buy , almost 1/4 of Amigo’s overall shares.

So they could buy almost all of JB’s shares, 1% a day using the money which they supposed to be him in dividend!!!

I don’t think there should be a problem in the revenue figures, we already have the results for 3 quarters and they all stated good revenue & profit after tax. My only concern would be the market reaction to an update about [material increase in the year end provision in respect of the increased number of complaints being received.]

The bidder offered Amigo 21p/share to takeover after he signed a NDA with the company and had access to its financial records, he then tried to contact JB directly to buy his shares. I don’t think he would offered 21p/share if he didn’t like what he saw in last year’s results

1- High trading volume.
2-The TA chart looks bullish and ready for more recovery next week.

I was expecting JB's broker to take advantage of the high volume at the opening to sell today's 1% but that didn't happen which supports what I posted here last night:

So this evening he confirmed that he didn’t abandoned his child (Amigo) and still keen on getting things back on track . JB is not stupid to sell his shares in the open market for peanuts [I didn’t agree to 21p when I was offered, because the correct price is 5x that, just based on a simple collect out.] .

JB is selling his 1%s to trusted firms (not to the open market) to secure next month’s vote when he is under 10% & his man is back in charge (The new CEO) & he secured the majority of the votes to kick-out : [JB: Roger, Richard remain on the board. Nayan as CFO. Stephan in a position of control.]"

50 days moving average has crossed the 100 days moving average and about to cross the 200 days one:

2-The sp trend is riding the 13 days Exponential Moving Average (EMA) which is another bullish sign.

3- According to the BritishBulls, last trend detected: Bullish Engulfing [Market Outlook: The market is finally giving hints of a bullish resurgence. Today a bullish pattern is detected].

****Keep in mind that nothing is certain in the stock market but there is a great chance that a bullish trend is forming.

Yep, the TA chart looks bullish and there is a decent support on the BID. it should make a move soon

Is it only me but at the moment I can't buy any volume? No problem with selling

eztiger, it doesn’t bother him if the sp moves north or south, his entry price is multiples to where we are now so all his losses will be recorded as Corporate Capital loss which will offset any gains or profits Richmond makes while keeping hold of his shares via trusted partners
