Franky, the instruction was to sell until he is out (not until he gets to 10%) so as you can tell, his tweet contradicts the instruction given to his broker. This is why I strongly believe in what you just said about [ shares are held in some sort of absolute trust by a 3rd party.] . I think we are talking about "3rd partieS" not "a 3rd party" so he can secure the next voting: [The shareholders who voted against me will be the minority.]

I wont be surprise if he decided to tighten his grip on Amigo and increase his direct/indirect position in the company by passing his current shares to 3rd party(s) as he is doing now (after hours controlled auction) and once he hit 10% (as he stated in his tweet) he will then start buying back to keep 10% 'direct' holding in the company

I dont think this is the case, otherwise he wouldn't have said:

From the buying pressure and TA chart, I am expecting to see a break out today - The sp has been bouncing around the 200 days moving average since the opening (5 minutes TA chart)

Set a buying order at the ASK price, this is what I just did to top up (Couldnt get a quote)

HUR is trying to break the 200days moving average on the 15 minutes chart, first time since 2 weeks ago.

I feel a bit optimistic about today :)

1 more week for the CEO and Chairman to start their new jobs :)

It bounced of the 200days moving average support on the 15 min chart (@129p). I am expecting to see recovery tomorrow

Its oversold on the chart, should bounce from the 47p support

*Last time it bounced back up from low 7s, over the past 2 days it formed a support around 6.40p and on the technical chart the sp is forming a bullish trend.

**The wait for the results is over and now we know the how much cash they have in the bank (A pile of cash!), the chunky loans book and their monthly income (Doubling the current market cap every two months)

*** JB's commitment to support Amigo & the new CEO (From his recent tweets) & knowing he is down to 30% (60% last month) so less selling pressure on the BID.

So for all the above the sentiment will come back to Amigo and we will notice a tangible recovery in the sp.

Crazy volumes have been sold since the opening but showing up late on the trading record which means it was a big selling order getting filled. The L2 looks much better now, moving freely and most the trades in the past hour were buys so I wont be surprised if we tested the 150 again this afternoon.

AVCT tend to drop in the morning then recover in the afternoon. I must say well done to Avacta's team, today's RNS was transformation and a smashing confirmation that the company is determined to expand globally :)
