Now the sp drop make sense, the rns confirmed that Invesco reduced its position yesterday 11.35% to 6.68%. Looking at the technical chart I think we'll see some sp recovery from here.

JB: We were contacted again on Tuesday of last week by the buyer, they will be sold to the highest bidder each day.

Mark, all the other major IIs are holding peanuts comparing to JB & if they wanted to sell then they would have done so by now. All of them with entry price >10x today’s shareprice so I believe some of them will take advance of the current situation to buy some of JB’s shares at a heavily discounted rate to average down (>90%discount to their entry price).

As I said earlier, I think we’ll get a bunch of TR1s over the next couple of weeks but most importantly we’ll know the identity of last month’s takeover buyer.

JB just replied to people on Twitter, he confirmed that the takeover buyer from earlier this month contacted him last Tuesday to buy his shares but because of the non-cancellable instructions which JB gave to his broker, he will continue to sell 1% ‘ to the highest bidder each day’ according to JB.

So now we have a confirmation that the takeover buyer is still interested in the business and will be accumulating JB shares at 1/2 or 1/3 of what he offered JB last month!

Anyway, we will know the new buyer shortly :)

The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has awarded a contract worth £20-million to Galliford Try for work which will house Number IX (Bomber) Squadron in facilities that are fit for purpose, enabling them to deliver in their role as a Typhoon Aggressor Squadron. Their re-role from Tornado to Typhoon, and move from RAF Marham to RAF Lossiemouth, was announced in the Strategic Defence and Security Review 2015.

The work will start later this summer and is expected to take around two years. It will involve the refurbishment of an existing hangar and construction of new technical and storage facilities. It forms part of a wider redevelopment of RAF Lossiemouth which also includes a refurbished runway, facilities for the RAF’s fleet of Poseidon MRA Mk. 1 sub-hunters, new and improved accommodation, and much more.Margaret Jesson, DIO’s Project Manager, said:

It’s exciting to have reached this stage of the project and we are looking forward to continuing to work with our colleagues at RAF Lossiemouth and Galliford Try to provide some fantastic facilities for these Typhoon pilots and ground crew.
