Two different opinions about the same subject in one day , one is positive and the other one is very negative.

Seems like you sold your shares earlier and now deramping to get yourself the best possible re-entry !

Today's SP drop was for no solid reason really and it happened after weak shorters attackin the early morning which led to panic sell by weak hands and swing traders who don't understand Tern's business model so they couldn't interpret its positive interim results !

I'll end up here quoting your own words : "Results good, year on year increase on assets value, should finish flat or blue"

@Brainer : Director AL Sisto bought 100K at 19.40 last month ! which means he believes 19.4 is undervalued SP .. SP will be over 20 this week for sure

The SP dropped on low volumes by shorters, no K sells !! It will bounce back VERY soon ...Golden buying opportunity here !

A good bit of business by TERN and keeps the company in the driving seat at DA as deals grow. I'm pleased to know that they spend their cash on supporting DA rather than chasing new investments. Pushing DA forward and get it sold for a lot more than what Tern's invested in it is the core of Tern's business model !

This latest loan not only increases Tern's DA stake (and as before, the loan is on very nice terms.), it is a mark of confidence in the future, particularly given the loan crystallisation period of just 3 months - Dec 18! Looking forward to Monday for an update on the substantial progress that has been made in the last period with a future lens on converting opportunities to significant further revenue across the portfolio of investments !

As Al Sisto, CEO of Tern, said in Today's RNS : "We are very pleased to be continuing our support of Device Authority following the progress the company has been making with its partners, including the recent product launch with Thales. its just market manipulation on small volumes trying to shake weak hands and get their shares before the results on Monday !!

I'd like to believe that tomorrow will be a whole different game when real investors know about the great update and decide to get on board and to take advantage of these ridiculous share price rates !

Was the rns really bad to have only 2.2 % rise in SP ?!

I guess I have to bin my engineering degree because it seems like I miss interpreted the rns........

No real SP movement for some strange reason ! FOOT SP is heavily discounted and there is a real potential for an easy rebounce to mid 40s so I'm really surprise we don't see any noticeable SP movement on here .........

I totally agree HeresHopin and as I mentioned earlier today, peanuts profit takers will slow the recovery of the SP. It will bounce back to mid 40s next week, a slow recovery imo thanks to the day traders

The SP is climbing up again thanks to the wide spread ! Hope it will last longer as it will keep the peanut profit day traders away for a while !
