Just like you Jaffas, I’m a LTH who averaged down many times to finally get kicked in the teeth last month. I also can’t see the sp going back to double figures anytime soon unless Balcombe flow test gives outstanding results AND Saltfleeby gets reconnect back to the gas network and/or something big unexpectly happens. Personally, I am not into anymore wishful thinking here, I’ve doubled down because I believe the sp is ridiculously cheap and we’ve reached the rock bottom ... sp must bounce back up sooner or later .. 4p is my PT which seems to me very realistic .

New holders could easily double or triple their investments from this level , traders can make easy money here as well unfortunately unlike us LTHs who can’t wait to break even at sometime in the near future.

I've ignored the noise & done the same, the overall value of Angus's assets worth multiples to where we stand right now so the sp wont stay long at this price.

There is a big difference between telling a lie & not believing “Gazprom” figures which were officially submitted to OGA.

You said Saltfleeby is “unproven” .. Fact is : Saltfleeby IS a proven reservoir Gazprom and “produced 67 BCF of dry gas has already been produced from the reservoir with an additional 1.1 mmbls of gas condensate.” so what you said in your post was a LIE !

From Saltfleetby RNS : “This is a >>>>proven reservoir <<<< comparable with other established oilfields in East Midlands Basin with multiple sources of hydrocarbons including Westphalian coals and organic rich basinal mudstones. In total 8 wells and several sidetracks have been drilled since production first commenced with 7 completed and licensed for production - being near horizontals (2 with full core available).

A 3D seismic block was acquired in 1997-98 which, with reprocessing in 2003, provides a high degree of confidence in structural mapping of the Field. Full delineation of the Field from this 3D seismic mapping indicated an in-place estimate of 114 billion cubic feet ("BCF") of gas based on a peer reviewed Geological Society paper by T. Hodge in 2003. 67 BCF of dry gas has already been produced from the reservoir with an additional 1.1 mmbls of gas condensate. According to a Field Development Plan prepared for submission to the OGA in 2016 by the previous owner, an estimate of an additional 12.7 BCF should be recoverable from 2 remaining wells in production.

Angus' own analysis of individual well pressure data confirms that a substantial amount of remaining gas should be recoverable. Angus have considered two future production profiles based on past production trends as outlined in the presentation. These indicated that 10 -18 BCF of gas (gross) could be recoverable over a 10 -12 year period. Additionally 100,000-180,000 bbls (gross) of gas condensate would also be recoverable. In Angus' view, with additional workovers and sidetracks, along with optimisation of compression, ultimate recovery could be increased further than the 12.7 BCF predicted in 2016. Angus also notes that faulting evident leaves a good chance of further prospectivity in untapped blocks - providing new drilling opportunities.”

Since the placing I noticed JBER was trading suspiciously and I've pointed it out many times on here, the most active MM trading Angus, almost always on the edge of BID/ASK line ahead of the other MMs, first to sell whenever we see some pressure on the ASK unlike the other MMs.

Anyway, JBER is now gone so lets hope the sp will start to move more freely.

According to the L2, JBER (Market maker - Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co) is not trading Angus shares today !

JBER is the MM that sold massive volumes of shares into the market straight after the the placing.....

Sorry Mirasol, we had this conversation before and I am not interested in repeating myself again.

I am a shareholder, you are not so whether Angus sell Brockham or perforate the X4Z Portland shouldn't be of your concern.....

Ocelot, the current share price doesn't give any value to Brockham as if it was plugged and abandoned (it doesn't give any value to Balcombe or Saltfleetby as well) . So if Angus managed to secure a good deal to sell the license or the new Operations Director decided to perforate the Portland in Brockham X4Z well (which according to the Technical Director is "one of the best options for Brockham") then the news should reflect positively on the share price and give it a good push up north.

Decision on Brockham should be imminent !

Similar to Alan, I never liked JTP and I hoped that Angus will get rid of him somehow but I never expected this to happen simply because he is the founder of Angus and the individual who owns 4.27% of the company ! Now things have changed and we got Mike Wells in charge of 'UK' operations :

" Mike Wells, a (non-board) Director of UK Operations. Mike began his career with BP at Eakring and was involved in the development and appraisal of many wells in Lincolnshire and beyond including, co-incidentally, the original successful exploration wells into the Portland at Brockham.

Mike was employed by ROC Oil to oversee the Saltfleetby Gas Field (the "Field") and he remained with Wingas UK Storage Ltd on its acquisition of that Field. Mike has extensive experience in field management and engaging with all of our regulators. We are very lucky to have his immense experience in UK onshore to help us as we address reconnection of the Field and recommencement of operations."

Again, no more IF & BUT here, we have the right man to do the job, he got the experience needed and was involved in the Weald & Saltfleetby before. If he is good enough for a company like Gazprom's and made them agree to partnership with Angus and pay them £2.5M then I am happy with that and things should move north from here for Angus.

Not really, I see it from a different angle, Angus like any other O&G companies hired a specialist company to help them to run the flow test so Vonk mentioned in the video, the flow rate figures were given to them so why not to quote the source of these figures - Halliburton ?

As for Saltfleetby, the figures were already there, Angus didn't produce them, they were given by Gazprom to OGA. Angus' own analysis of individual well pressure data confirms what we already now and proves that a substantial amount of remaining gas should be recoverable.

**After losing substantial money here and in UKOG, I changed my investing/trading strategy ... Less IFs & BUTs and no more O&G exploration gambles (at least for the short/mid term) and I will only relay on facts. Halliburton is a reputable experienced company which was hired to do one job - to provide flow test results to Angus and they did! Saltfleetby gas storage figures were gathered by Gazprom/Wingas and officially submitted to OGA .

All of the above gave me the extra assurance I need to know that 1.5p is ridiculously cheap sp for what Angus owns and I feel very confidence that sooner or later the poor sentiment will fade away (This is AIM) & the sp will bounce back up to appreciate the true value of these assets.

My target is 4p which imo is very achievable.

Mirasol, I already answered this question last night:

Balcombe and Saltfleetby are very different to Brockham . Balcombe can flow and Saltfleetby already been in production unlike Brockham and most importantly their figures were given to Angus by Halliburton in Balcombe's case and Gazprom /Wingas in Saltfleetby so there shouldnt be any doubts about the authenticity of these figures.
