The CEO joined the company 3 months ago and the sp was above 20p, a month later the company’s president resigned & the the sp collapsed ... I don’t believe Osa was sitting on his back since he joined the company 3 months ago doing nothing .. he must have been working on a deal which obviously forbid him from buying shares on the company ... as for the 2 new directors, they joined the company a couple of weeks ago so again if the company is in the process of negotiating a deal then they aren’t allowed to buy shares in the company ...

the ceo and the rest of the bod wouldn’t be allowed to buy any shares in the company if the company is in the process of negotiating/signing a deal.

As for completing the last third of the fundraising (2/3 of the overall fundraising fund has been received @7p per share) , it could be delayed for admin/ paperwork reasons ... adm energy didn’t say they’ve cancelled the rest of the fundraising, it only taking more time than expected time to get done.... my question to our permanent deramper with different usernames, what if we get an RNS tomorrow saying that the company just completed the fundraising... would you buy adme shares or will you come up with something else to deramp ?

I believe the sp is extremely undervalued at the moment so once the company releases some positive updates or value traders pour more some profit money made elsewhere the sp will shoot back up to double figures.

At the end of the day, there are thousands of companies listed on LSE so it’s up to each reader/investor to choose where he wants to put his money. Personally I’m happy with putting my money here knowing what I know about the company and what to expect in the very near future.

Why do you care so much about amde Ap90?? You don't hold any shares in this company anyway so whether they close 1 or 10 deals , the sp crush to 1p or spike back to 30p it wont effect you in any possible way?

You already wasted tens of hours since you started deramping on this board last week & as you probably know there are thousands of other companies listed on the London Stock Exchange to invest in or to trade so why not to spend your 'precious' time researching companies that could make you some profit ?

Instead of coming out of the blue last week to deramp the company in almost every other post why not to open a short position if you think the company is doomed to fail? Oh wait you can’t , adme’s shares are currently

Mcadder, since Friday afternoon there is only one mm at 5.25 so anyone who wants to buy a decent volume/ close a short position will have to pay above the ask . On the other hand Peel is first on the bid and I presume you know what that means

Mcadder, How cant you see that bagging £553k at 7p (40% higher than the current sp) means nothing to the market if the company didnt receive extra £278k asap (which by the way is not urgently needed) !!! lol

Could you please be kind enough to let us know if there is any other AIM listed oil company manged to raise this year @ 40% percent above its sp?
